I spent a literal 80 minutes standing with a teller while trying to help with a transaction. Problem after problem and it was never resolved. I am not sure why such a large and recognized bank has no way to deal with systems issues. Kudos to Harold Rogoff, he is the best branch manager I have experienced. My friend had a issue with the bank and Mr Rogoff work everything out completely. The tellers and staff are outstanding in Chesterland.
