John and his crew at A1 were exceptional. We have a ranch home that settled and they raised it for us. John kept us informed through the whole process and was a pleasure to work with.Hard nowadays to find a company that operates like this.I highly recommend them.

John at A1 concrete leveling came out to give us a quote. We have a ranch house on a slab. When the house was built in the 1950s the fill below the floor was never compacted and it settled causing the floors to settle and become uneven. Some places had settled close to 3 inches. It took them a day and a half to raise them and make them level. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend them.Service: Concrete leveling

A-1 Concrete - First my sale rep. Lee was so nice and pleasant to work with that was the first start of a wonderful start. I could not ask for a better team, Bob team was great this all start August 13, 2022 when Bob call and told me that he would be able to do my drive way that week. I was so shock I was scared that I was making the wrong decision but I keep my end up and I was not disappoint at all I was so happy. I left my 80 year old mother to help me out. She was wonderful because the guys was so professional and nice they did everything to make my mother feel comfortable. My drive way was just ugly they did the best job I could even think of this being my drive way. They start that Monday and finished everything up Saturday. (August 20,2022) My driveway is so nice smooth and clean the concrete is not cheap the job was done well. I would recommend them to all. Thanks Bob and the crew for awesome job thumbs up. They were great !!!

First I called John with the question. What I liked the most and right away is the fact that John heard my question and gave me a very specific answer, no fluff, no runaround, just the answer that I needed. From the beginning to the end it took just few days to start and finish the project, and the city of Mentor-On-The-Lake approved the job on the spot. Thanks A-1 and thank you John for the great job. I had A-1 raise several sidewalks. They were quick and did an excellent job. We had a problem with a cut underground electrical line, but they came back and repaired it. I highly recommend this company.Service: Concrete leveling

I was looking for a drain repair company in the area to fix an issue we have on our back dock at work. John called me back immediately and pointed me in the right direction of a company that could help us. He didn't make a dime of us but still took time to call me back and offer free guidance. I see why they call it A-1 Concrete they have A-1 Customer Service. 5 Stars!!!!!!
