Bought my wife a Xmas gift here at mystic metals since it’s her favorite jewelry store paid 15$ extra for 3-7 day shipping it has been 8 days I’ve called multiple times sent emails sent customer service questions on their website no answer my package has not even been sent only thing I have received from them was a order confirmation the day I purchased can’t even track where it’s at absolutely ridiculous

Im very disappointed, always loved items from this company until recently I had purchased a rose teardrop plug and it came completely round as pictured, as it's false advertising I asked for a refund because what is on the website and what arrived is completely different yet tiffany from customer service has advised me that manufacturers have changed their shape and its stock standard now. I'd like a refund thank you and no I won't pay for postage again after receiving an item far from what's advertised
