Having moved from Los Angeles to this area, I need a new bank and this being close my house, I thought I would check it out. I'm not a fan of bank. Long lines, fees, and the foreverness of opening accounts are all things I fret. Thankfully I have not experienced that here. First- the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The process of setting up my account was effortless- the shortest time ever so far for opening a bank account. The only downside is that I didn't get my debit card the same day I opened my account. This takes about a half week. Not so bad.

This is my bank. I've been doing business with City National for over 20 years. The ladies at my local branch greet everyone warmly and provide superior customer service. Elizabeth Warren is knowledgeable and guides her clients through all of their banking needs with expert service

This bank personnel goes above and beyond the call of duty. Michele Rule gives personal service on loans and questions concerning your account. I have been with this bank for many, many years, and I highly recommend them.
