EXCELLENT experience with selection, purchase, and installation of new windows and front doors, including custom trim.
Dave answered every one of my extensive questions (and there were a LOT of them!) with expertise and ZERO smarmy sales tactics. He’s a truly honest man who runs a customer-friendly, family-owned business with professionalism and courtesy. His pricing was fair and clear from the beginning.
Nick, our lead installer, was a true perfectionist and a very, very hard worker who is also very personable and makes sure that the entire project is cleaned up completely at the end of every work day. I wish we had more windows to replace so that we could work with them again!
As for the windows themselves, this is the only company in Northeast Ohio that insisted on triple-pane windows (for the same or lower cost as what other operations were charging for double-pane windows with fewer features) because of longevity. We could not be more happy with the windows and doors themselves: Our house is SO MUCH QUIETER with these windows, and we are already seeing our utility bills decrease as a result.
If you’re in the market for new windows, please keep in mind that you are not just buying the windows themselves—you are also choosing the sales and installation. A perfectly constructed window installed improperly is about as good as the worst window you can buy. In the course of installation, Nick found multiple issues with our old windows (several installed by Pella, the other installed DIY by the previous owner of our home) that likely were also impacting our utility bills over the years.
US Windows and Doors did an excellent job from start to finish. We can only give them our ringing endorsement. It would be my privilege to provide references for them going forward, and would not hesitate to call them again when the need arises.

I had wind damage back in September. Due to the age of the house, the aluminum siding could not be matched. Time to replace all of the siding.I couldn't be happier with the end result. Dave was professional from the first meeting to the very end of the job. Because this was my first large insurance claim, Dave even helped me through that process.The house was Celotex and aluminum siding. Dave added a vapor and insulation barrier before putting up the new siding.One of his team members commented to me, "we take pride in our work." It was more than obvious.I would highly recommend Dave and his team. It's hard to find fair priced quality these days. Dave went above and beyond my expectations.

Could not have had a better experience! Getting new windows for the whole house was quite a scary experience for me, however, Dave, the owner, was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable . He quickly made me feel at ease. They were very competitively priced and I believe the quality of the installation far exceeds their competition. His son Nick is a perfectionist and very detail orientated. He and Derrick worked hard, skillfully and respectfully. They were very neat and left no trace behind. We will happily recommend them. Dave and his crew were AMAZING! The Provia windows and doors are the best! Wish we would have done it years ago! Very professional and friendly. We have had several home improvement projects done and this company is the best by FAR! When they were done, it was like they were never there! Nick is a real craftsman that takes pride in his work. He never hurried or rushed and was painstakingly meticulous about the finish work on the windows. They were courteous and professional in our home and cleaned up after themselves each day. This is a family operation and so glad we chose US Window and Door for our windows. Dave from US Windows was extremely responsive by phone, email or text. He provided us money saving ideas and pricing comparable (better than) the competition. The windows and screens themselves are a DREAM. They open & close SO easily. I couldn't believe how easily I could water my 2nd floor window box! They installation crew was on time, professional, dedicated and beyond neat as a pin. Highly recommend US Window Door & More.

My Husband and I have had Dave and his crew in the past do are windows and vinyl siding, and they did a magnificent job, and now that were in a new home were ready to do the same job with the same crew windows and vinyl siding, , can't wait to see them all and watch them transform are our home once again into a beautiful home.
