Went there August 25th for the second time and both times I was helped by I believe her name was Diana,,she was very helpful and a wonderful person,even opening a few minutes early because I was outside waiting,,I highly recommend this place

On Wednesday, November 15, 2023 I went to the Chardon Shoe Dept store looking for a specific shoe in my size. "Diana " was working. Unfortunately, my size was unavailable. She explained how she could order it for me. Have it shipped directly to my home in a couple days. My shoes arrived on Friday, November 17th!!!!Diana was awesome. Knowledgeable..friendly and willing to help me any way she could.Thank you Diana. What a pleasure doing business with her and the Shoe Dept. Definitely a reason to come back.

Was just buying some shoes a couple of minutes before close. The girls in front couldn't stop complaining about not being able to close the doors early. In front of paying customers.Not on time, EARLY.We checked out and walked out before close.I understand the sentiment, but not good to complain about customers right in front of them.We

I bought 2 pairs of running shoes for my son as I wasn't sure of the size. I asked when I bought the shoes if I could return them and the sales person told me that I needed my receipt to return. My son tried on the shoes and ran down the sidewalk and back. The Shoes didn't feel good or fit correctly so I took them back to the store to exchange for a different shoe. There is a different sales associate now and she's telling me that the shoes were worn so they can't return them even though that's what I was told when I bought them. I wanted to shop local and support them instead of buying online. But I guess that's what I'm going to do from now on and not support this store. I will not shop here again and will let all my friends know too.

Son wears a hard to find size and they have them here with a good selection. Your really on your own with finding sizes, staff not a big help. Great deals on socks too

I just called to see if they carried Murrells shoes. Mary was very helpful and even went as far to check to see if my husbands size was available! We live shopping the Shoe Dept because of their awesome customer service and wide variety of shoes offered!

A lot of styles to choose from. They always have great deals going on. I once found hiking boots for $5. Employees are super helpful.
