always clean and very nice people their! we ran out of quarters the one time and the maintenance man gave us a few more so we didn’t have to go to the bank. we go there once and week and never have any problems

Washing machines are only 15 minutes, my clothes did not come out smelling clean- and I opted to pay more for more time... It was still not effective enough. The dryers will take all your money and your clothes will still not be dry. I did not overload the dryers- still I was there for an hour waiting for my clothes to fully dry. Finally had to give up and hang dry my damp clothes at home. I loved that it was 24/7 and the place was really clean! I had high hopes but was extremely disappointed.

After visiting this establishment, my clothes were exceptionally clean and wonderful smelling. However, I think they need more tables for multiple people to fold clothes simultaneously and I didn't like that. At 3:00 in the morning there was no TV or music playing

It's called Lake Effect laundromat. When you need to wash clothes it's a good place to go, but very disappointed in the machines not the washers but the dryers. Most of the dryer said clean Lent and on those dryers I'm assuming to let holder is in the back so this is something that the owner should be doing. It took over $10 to get my blankets dry and I called the phone number on the flashing sign and told him my requested refund. And I'm in out of town person and I will admit that you have some people there that hog all the machines and they don't care if they have two pieces in there. They need to be more respectful the owner needs to keep his machines fine tuned and if somebody has a problem he needs to refund their money.

Their dyers are terrible, I had 3 loads of laundry and it cost me over 25.00 to dry my clothes. I ended up leaving with my clothes damp.

2nd big dryer not heating up one big washer is leaking had it set to hot water it switched itself to cold water

Dryers take longer than usual to dry clothes. Not enough folding tables there. It is kept clean and the cost is comparable.

Generally a tidy place. Not bad prices. Change machines always work, and the machines are well maintained. Love that they’re 24 hours:-)
