Scott Tinge was extremely helpful and informative. He followed up with me about in-stock vehicles options I was interested in and did a great job explaining all the features and benefits. He was patient, prepared for our meetings and respectful of my time. He took the time to help set up my vehicle afterwards and show me around the dealership. This was not a first time purchase experience for me. While some of the faces have changed, the attention to detail and concern for customer service has not. Circumstantially, it was the lender carrying the loan on my last vehicle who kicked off the thinking process as they saw my loan about to pay off. That brought a flood of interested dealers to my email inbox and lots to consider. From KBB trade-in value to vehicle offerings, at every turn, Junction treated me very fairly and with respect. One of the values of a long term relathionship proved to be above average honesty in the proper selection of the new vehicle because they actually knew their customer rather than depending on salesman's puff. It was a wholly refreshing experience and I've had no sense of "buyer's remorse" days later. Great job!

Junction GMC Buick is the best. Brandon in service, Mike and Tom in sales and Dan in the finance department make us feel like family. We miss Danielle she was at the service desk. She always made us feel welcomed ?. Every one is always kind and warm and takes care of whatever needs we came in for. We travel one hour and fifteen minutes one way to get to Junction. Let's be honest nobody wants to go to a dealership to get their car fixed..... It's expensive and time consuming and god forbid you have car seats that need moved. All we can think is "Man this is such a hassle and expense... So since we're being honest, I really do enjoy going to this dealership to get my car fixed!!!!!!
The expense hits different when you understand the gravity around what's being fixed because they took the time to explain it and if you do in fact have car seats that need moved I bet somebody will come out and help you like they did me. And also the hassle, it's no hassle because most often they pick my car up for me at my salon and bring it back to me. And if and when we do go to the dealership my kids and I are both excited to see our friends. I know these people by name and they know my children's names. The whole idea that a dealership is trying to screw you over couldn't be any farther from the truth when it comes to Junction. These people earn your business and treat you like family.
