I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Cliff Babcock and his team at Junction auto. I am a small local business owner that purchased ram pro master from an outside vendor during Covid. When vehicles were sparse the vehicle has been pled with issues and I have utilized junction auto to service incorrect all of its issues. I had one issue with the van that continuously, after many many frustrating, bout to get this van mechanically sound, Cliff stepped in made the phone call overly concerned and identifying a solution to the problem and single-handedly work to get this van up to snuff working properly no matter what the cost. I greatly appreciate the passion and dedication shown by Cliff and his team to help me out with the struggles I’ve had with the mechanics of this van
Thank you for fantastic customer service and customer retainage .

This dealership lied, misled and mistreated me as a customer. I leased a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership. I had new tires installed June 2024 at Heisley Brake in mentor who quickly alerted me to the a failing oil pan. I brought the truck in Junction service who claimed the truck was no longer under warranty, this was a lie and their service tech Brandon Fouts misled me and tried to get me to sign to off on the repair for nearly $2,000. I took my truck over to Ganley in Mentor who ultimately ended up repairing the truck under warranty. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at a dealership to such a degree that I lost use of my truck, no rental while waiting on a back ordered part (that at the time Junction had in stock) loss of wages being unable to get to my job. Look through this dealerships reviews and you will clearly see an alarming difference between their sales and service department. The only reviews they respond to are the negative ones making you look like a disgruntled customer while they pull he wool over the readers eyes justifying their take on the situation. I have included proof of my job covered under warranty! The owner Cliff Babcock is well aware of what happened as I sent a certified letter along with verified documents, he has yet to reach out w/ a valued response to rectify the monetary losses that occurred due to their neglect. This dealership should not be trusted it only took one phone call to verify my coverage and that when your car is in for service the dealership can clearly see your warranties so it was a blatant lie to make a "double dip" service which is charging the customer and the warranty coverage.

So, kept my truck for weeks. Every time I picked it up they said it was fixed. Every time I took it the passenger side air ride would deflate. They said there was nothing else wrong, truck is fine and safe. Got a signed statement to that effect I will upload. But right now I'm stuck in Kansas with a truck that I don't think is safe.
They sold me this and four other vehicles and a warranty (on this truck).
This dealership needs some overhaul of its own.

Had major issues with a warranty that wasn't clearly explained when we 1st purchased a used vehicle. Spoke to Cliff, one of the owners, and we cleared the air, and fixed the concerns I had. We came to a mutual agreement to fix the issues. I appreciate the fact Mr. Babcock and I worked together to fix any issue we had

We just purchased a used 2023 Dodge Challenger from Junction Auto. A 5 star experience all they way! Vern Petrea our salesman was friendly and professional. He made our experience pleasant and flawless. I'm so grateful to purchase a car from a dealership that made the process simple and straightforward. There were no added fees or requirements that other dealers seem to tack on. Just simple and honest deal. I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend.

Purchased last three vehicles elsewhere. Didn't work with us. $8000 off on our trade. What a joke. Wasted hours in the dealership to go somewhere else with no problems.

Terrible service. I'll NEVER again buy a vehicle from them, and I recommend that nobody does.
A recall was issued on the GMC Acadia they sold us, because when the airbag deploys, it can blow up with "metal shrapnel" killing the driver.
When I called, they took my information, saying they would call me back, but did not call me back. When I got hold of them, they informed me they will do absolutely nothing, because there are no parts to fix it, and gave me a phone number to call and said "maybe" the people at GMC would do something.
This was AFTER the same vehicle had a defective transmission, which they replaced (because it was still under warranty) with another defective transmission, and it fell apart right after the warranty period, and I had to replace it out of pocket.
The bottom line is, they are perfectly ok with you driving around with a possible hand grenade as an "air bag". Literally that is not an exaggeration.
