John is a fair mechanic. He sold me a Highlander and included a warranty on it. Car had a few minor issues, but he fixed them up in a jiffy. My father has also brought his truck up here for repairs, and John does what he says. He actually stands by his word. I see a few other comments about people buying cars and being surprised when an old car has issues... John has taken care of all these for me, and I didn't know him before buying the car. Don't let the negative reviews from people with unrealistic expectations steer you from bringing your business to J+S. Great mechanic.

Easy communication, easy negotiation, and John even threw in some work with the price of the car. He even offered to put the car on a lift for me, and didn’t try to upsell me on work I didn’t need.

Had to call the police to go with me to pay a bill because of how the Owner was acting like, treating me and threatening me. I will never do business with them again and I won't waste your time going there.

I bought my Chevy Equinox here about a year ago and it has been nothing but problems. I have had to get something fixed every other month. John told me it’s my fault for running my car off the road every week. In reality, they sold me a horrible car and if they “fix” it, it just breaks down a month later. I’ve sank more money into this car than it’s worth. They are clearly not qualified to sell cars or fix them. Do not go here.

Just bought a used minivan from them. It test drove great. Got it at a great price. I took it to my mechanic a week later and he onced it over and he told that they didn't miss anything when they fixed it up before sale. He couldnt find anything wrong. I couldn't recommend them more!

Beware....vehicles are quite shady. Drove a good distance to look at toyota tundra that by John's description had a clean frame. Rust bucket.Didn't mention hold money is non returnable.

My brother who was 26 passed away this past easter....he was diagnosed with a very serious mental illness and was on disability....he went to get a car from this place and they of course gave him one because he was getting a check every month n knew he would have the money for the payment. He had the car for a couple months n the car was in his name only. He was a diagnosed schizophenic...yes he passed away from an accidental overdose but it wasnt from what anyone would think it would be from. As his therapist said it's very hard to accept what you cant help you have and not all prescribed medications work. When he passed our father contacted the car dealership to bring the car back which we never had to do but that's the right thing to do. We could have left it n let them hunt it down. When we found my brother deceased in his apartment it also had been banged up on both sides...not undrivable but banged up. Noone knew what happened. Our father returned the car n called the guy to let him know he was returning it. He was not there he was out to lunch. He wanted my father to make a payment for the car and he told him no. My son passed away I'm trying to at least return it. Some choice words had been said between the both of them. My father just lost his son and here this man was asking for money when the car wasnt in his name and we didnt even have to return it we where trying to do the right thing. A few days later the man left a very nasty voicemail saying how our family got what they deserved along with I'm sorry ur son couldnt be a functional human being. I have the voicemail from him I also have no hesitation to put out there. People like this is what makes this world a messed up place. Just want others to know what kind of people run this establishment. I will also be sure this post is not the last of this situation.

Wow I called to make a deal on a vehicle there and John offered me little to nothing for my trade I said I'd sell it on my own before I'd trade it for that. He then says my cars not worth a a#$@ and gets mad at me then says you don't like it come down here you know where I'm at I'll knock your f@â„–n teeth down your throat. Horrible way to talk to anyone. I think because I have bad credit and tried to get a second vehicle for my business he thought he could talk to me in a demeaning and threatening way. I found a vehicle somewhere else and was approved. Stay away from that guy. Horrible
