Brought Taxes in for my small business. After taking a look at my taxes, and realizing there is depreciation on my last year‘s taxes. Richard looked like a deer in headlights. Claiming that he doesn’t know what was depreciated from last year and when I told him it was my video equipment.
He looked more confused than Ever. He also mentioned that just to do my taxes would cost close to $700.
He then started to sigh heavily and act as if he just didn’t want to do the taxes. At that point, I asked if it would just be easier for me to go somewhere else and he said yes.
I wouldn’t trust Richard to do anyones small business taxes. So good luck if you end up with him at the Chardon H&R Block.
And just for reference, I went to Jackson and Hewitt all taxes done within 45 minutes. And cost me less than 500.

I’m not calling your customer service number, I don’t need my taxes done. And wouldn’t trust your branch to do them anyways.

I've been using this branch of H&R Block for many years. I have always had a secure feeling in knowing my taxes are being done correctly and they have always looked out for my best interest. Always done in a timely fashion also.

This is the second year I have worked with Wanda Petkosek and both years the time it took her to complete the tax return and provide the results far exceeded my expectations. She is easy to work with and has a good grasp of the current tax codes
