Service was a bit questionable, but with the ownership change it seems to have improved.

I started banking with premier bank 2 years ago. The staff at the Chardon branch are very nice and helpful.

We have used Home Savings and Donna for our construction loan and our Refinance. I can honestly tell you that they could not have made the process much easier and fair. Great folks. Hometown feel!
