I bought a package of 3 puzzles that were in a bag and asked the associate if all pieces were there and was told that it would be noted if any were missing. Another puzzle was to make sounds and was advised again that if it didn't work, it would be noted on it. I got home and the bag puzzles ALL had missing pieces and the one that should make sounds, doesn't and can't since the place where the batteries goes is taken apart inside. I wasted money when I was instructed that I wasn't!!! Don't trust them.

Disappointed they did away with colors discounts. prices went up by about $2 and there are no discounts until you spend $30. There is no incentive to shop secondhand if you can’t find a bargain. Wish they would bring back the color tag discounts.

This is my most favorite Goodwill to visit. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and you will always find something cool. Their clothes selection is always great.

I found an item in its original box. I started to inspect the item and the women putting items out stopped me. She said she priced it low enough that basically I don’t need to make sure it’s ok. She kept dissuading me. I went against my instincts and bought the item anyway. I got it home and it’s broken and beyond repair. I’m out about $10. The amount shouldn’t matter…customers should be allowed to know what they are purchasing! My advice to anyone reading this is check what you buy regardless of how “new” it looks. And they have the nerve to ask you to round up your purchases…look up the CEO’s salary and ask me to round up again ?

It’s a thrift store. If I want to spend $25 on clothing I’ll just go buy it brand new. Prices are outrageous. Staff is rude.

I went to donate items. No one to greet me. Didn’t know what to do with items. Starting putting them on plastic cart when someone came up. Said nothing. After unloading items he just started moving cart. Would have liked a hello and thanks for your donation and do you want a tax donation receipt. Nothing. Won’t be in a hurry to donate again! ?

This place is disgusting. It is filthy dusty the floors are gross. And the manager is the most disgusting person I’ve ever met in my entire life. He doesn’t care about anything or anyone and treats everyone like garbage including his employees. He is a disgrace of a manager

Had a bad experience here today and was taken advantage of. Paid with a card, had to ask for the receipt and when I looked at it items were double scanned. I told the cashier and she had 'no way to credit the item'. She called somebody else over who could also not do that. They couldn't refund my card the money they just took from it, they couldn't give me cash, they eventually gave me a receipt with a negative charge and some some scribbling in highlighter calling it a store credit.

I came here a few weeks ago after a bike ride, and it felt so good. The store was air conditioned, and I got my sister an amazing nerf bow for a great price. I browsed around, and saw other great prices. The employees were very friendly. Please shop here.

So expensive. They wanted $70 for a dress just because it had tags on it.If it's not super expensive, it's gross and in bad condition. It's like they don't know their clientele. We're thrift shopping because we can't ? afford ? expensive ? things ? You got it for free, you don't need to scam the community like that. The donator was trying to help us out, imagine how they would feel knowing you're charging that for their donation. Booooo ???Also stop putting out the fast fashion items. We don't want them.
