I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. I was only trying to get a prescription refilled and I was treated like a drug seeking crack heas. FYI......Pharmacist and techs are not Doctors and have no authority or say over my medications. No apologies, just kept yelling at me and talking over me although they were in the wrong and knew it.

I am sick being bullied into getting a month early and told my doctor has rejected my prescriptions.. THIS IS TOTALLY Lie! I will getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere from now on !

I have never had Any issues with my pick ups for the last three years. Everyone that works there has been super helpful and patient when I have questions. I’m happy as a clam with this team being my pharmacist team!

When I dropped my prescription off at the beginning of the week, I was told I can pick it up Saturday at 2pm. Fast forward to Saturday, at 3:30 I go to pick it up and now I’m told it can’t be filled till the next day. A minute later she changed her mind to I can’t get it till Tuesday. Alicia had a serious attitude and raise her voice because I called her out on giving me different answers repeatedly. Never been so disrespected at a pharmacy before. I highly recommend using a different pharmacy, not only for awful service that I received. But you can get your prescriptions cheaper elsewhere

I'm ashamed I stayed with this pharmacy. They dont answer the phone nice or speak to you in a pleasant way. Once I called in at 930 AM and the lady was very short and said seeing as we just opened at 9 am your prescription is not ready as they had the prescription for a few days. The technicians are very rude and not nice. They should definitely have a mood check with customers. Since then I have moved my pharmacy to Rite Aid and love them. Very nice and friendly and when they mess up they appalogize and take the fault unlike Giant Eagle. Im not the only one that has switch but my whole family. Hopefully they get some good management.

Every time I have to fill a prescription they are not ready. They "forgot" or "never got it from the doctor's office" but when I call the doctor's they sent it, one time three times! I will even get a notification on my phone saying it's ready but when I go to pick it up, it's not. They don't have it ready and have asked that I come back. I'm understand with everything going on right now, but I was on hold for over 7 minutes waiting for someone and this has all been going on before the virus. I am not happy with this pharmacy, did not have a problem with the one in middlefield. I WILL be finding another pharmacy.
