The Geauga Family YMCA is a clean, modern, and well-appointed facility. It is described as the best YMCA around and a wonderful, professionally run health club for friends and family. The facility features an indoor swimming pool with lessons, a gym with cardio and strength training equipment, and various classes. They offer programs for just about everybody, including day camps, childcare, and active older adult services. The staff is consistently noted as outstanding, kind, friendly, and courteous. They are supportive, pushing members as hard as they want or leaving them to exercise independently. The YMCA welcomes all people with a mission to build strong kids, families, and communities.
At age 67, my decision to get in shape now or never has proved successful thanks to the Y. I do best with classes and there are many to choose from. A clean location with helpful staff. 2.5 years later, I have no regrets. Thanks
