Graveyard shift employee - older, thin man with glasses- very rude. Will not be back to this Circle k- it is poorly managed.10/11/23 Edit: Just went back here again, and it seems that idiot that used to work nights here isn’t here anymore. That’s a big plus because i bordered on wanting smash in his very punchable face, thereby risking catching a case. Thank goodness I don’t have to worry about that anymore. They’re doing some kind of construction in their lot, causing it to be almost all the way blocked in from the mayfield rd side. Their parking lot can get busy, depending on the time of day, but for now, it’s good in the evenings so I figured I’d update my review. They deserve more than one star now that Jackass Hippie Leftist isn’t here anymore.

Time and time again I'm walking as I walk in every morning the manager looks over acknowledges I'm coming in walks away from the counter and ignores my presence waiting on one of his clerks to come take care of me I stand in front of the counter the store ignores me I turn around spend my money somewhere else.

Only business in chardon that knows how to do cash app deposits. Went to 10 other places in chardon that cash app says does cash app deposit but none of them know how to do deposits. So happy circle k could save the day for me. The lady who took care of me was so nice and helpful, those qualities are hard to come by in a lot of businesses in chardon.

This place is absolutely nasty. It's been smelling like rotten milk for over 2 months, only because the spill hasn't been bothered to be cleaned up and you can clearly see it under the milk products. This grossly unsanitary place is in desperate need for a deep clean if the workers don't find a problem with just the smell itself.

Not happy price Marked was 3.25 for little oack of advil think 5 pack but rang up at 6.50 for pack of. 5! Said somthing to Her tag said asistant manager after she came out of the back room look like she just rolled around in the hay . But she told me to take it or leave it. I wont go there again. Was always a great Circle K, place has really gone down the drain. The place has been filthy last several times I've been in there and the attitude of the lady with the short hair and highlights is out of control. She needs fired, threw my change back at me tonight. Also the polar pop machine is just way off at this location, you need to adjust your mixtures or clean the machine, something. Been a customer for years but when I have your employees throwing change back at me I will never come back, I'd actually rather run out of gas then have to support this establishment.

Generally speaking, most of the Circle K locations are solid. Clean, well-lit, a rewards program that is anode average, merchandise has variety, shelves always stocked, and, lastly, their customer service is outstanding! ??

Every time I go the doors are locked. No notice if closed for the night or break time.
