Worst place ever I go into chase in chardon because they put a hold on my cashier check the mean looking lady told me there nothing they can do to just get me out the the door there was a young lady behind the counter she offer to help me to call to have the check released the mean looking woman came over rite in front of everybody and said she doesn’t know how to do her job I was kind blown the way she talked to her co-worker like that anyway the young girl called the number and had my check released I told her to keep doing her job!
Now a month later the decided to cancel my account and not do business with them. No warning nothing now here I am no money and have a family to support the manager and the mean woman should be FIRED ASP! They canceled my account a month later that’s very wrong to do a customer like that with no warnings. Feel bad for that young woman she haves a bright future ahead just around the wrong people that are just putting her down! They really need to look into this branch how they treat customers let alone their own co-workers!
Then the manger Decides to cancel my account a month later after I deposit multiple checks and have over 10k on my account she should be fired immediately you can’t do that to someone because you have hate towards that person she even spoke to the manager at the Painesville branch a week after that incident to identify it was me because they put another hold on my check why didn’t she say anything then she should be charged now I have to wait 10 days to get a check in a mail and bank somewhere else they gave me no warning nothing now I’m broke and a family to provide what she did was wrong. She waited till a had a chunk of money on there to cancel my account she’d dead wrong and should be held accountable for her actions!!!

Chase in Chardon is very hard to get into and staff not friendly.
I love the one in Painesville near Giant Eagle is much better and cleaner.

No drive thru, so you have to go inside-if you park in the back lot, it’s a maze to get the front of the building to find the bank. Staff is pleasant but not super impressive.

Some of my worst banking experience with banking have occurred at the Chardon branch of Chase they have their own rules that change daily, shabby looking staff not well educated it seems match the branch looks good place to avoid if you are a savvy client, everyone at this place is daff will have you chewing your teeth. Staff here match the farmers of Geauga Co, not much of a education low morale

I have been a customer with chase for years and have a near perfect credit score. They refused to cash a check for me, forced me to deposit it instead. Will be moving my accounts elsewhere.

They must hire every underachiever that barely graduated from Chardon H. S. The tellers act as if they are doing you a favor to do their job. Poorly dressed and little brats.

We have been banking here for almost 10 years. The staff have always been kind and couteous. I really appreciate the covered parking for days when the weather is bad. The location is ideal as it is situated near our home, our Church, and many of the places where our family shops.

They have always been very nice every time Ive gone in there. My sons have accounts there too and none of us have ever problems with them in fact it's been the total opposite. Anytime I have really needed chase to come through they always do. Very professional there no waiting in line. Good bank.
