I recently lost the spring pin that holds on my watch band and I went to Cameo jewelers to buy another one. They wanted to charge me $16.00 for a ten cent pin. What a ripoff they were trying to pull.

I recently moved to the area and I needed a prong fixed on my ring. the owner of the store was amaxing and so was her staff and the in house jeweler. I could have not been more happy with the service they gave me and care the took of a family heirloom. they made me feel like I had been a customer for years. I highly recommend cameo jewelers to anyone who wants a kind caring professional staff with a very skilled jeweler.

Needed to get a ring cut off and resized. They were very sweet and helpful, and the ring was beautiful when we picked it up! Reasonable price too!

I went in about a month ago and left a wedding ring to resize and a necklace to reattach a broken chain. When leaving the 2 items for a repair quote, I handed the staff my driver's license to fill out the repair ticket. A couple of weeks later, I received a call that both items were repaired. When I went in, they could not find my 2 items nor any record I had left them for repair. They told me they looked in all the storage locations and there were not there. They asked me to come back till they could talk to their jewelry repair specialist. When I did not hear back from them, I called them. They told me they had no record of my items and essentially challenged me that I had ever left them for repair. I dug through my files and found the 2 receipts for dropping them off a month ago. When I took them, I looked for a simple apology for them misplacing them and the discussion that there was no record of them being dropped off. When they looked closer at the repair receipts, they realized they copied my information from my driver's license incorrectly and filed them incorrectly. The response from the story - "if you had brought the receipt in the first time, we could have found where they were filed." I will never patronize them again.

I got my wedding ring sized down one size at Cameo Jewelers and the work is amazing. I have a braided wedding ring and I expected the sizing to put a notable imperfection in the design, but they did it so well I can hardly tell where they cut the ring. Plus, they cleaned it and polished it to be brighter than I've ever seen it. My husband even said he wants to bring his ring in just to be polished because of how beautiful it was. It may be a small thing, but it meant the world to me. Thanks to everyone I worked with.

What shady practices you have. I was bought a braclet for Christmas. Within a weeks time it broke into pieces. It fell off my wrist and hit a wood floor. We took it back to them and they refused to help or refund the money that she spent. Claims they have to contact the manufacture to find out what they are gonna do ??? Really ???? Don't stand behind the products you sell ???? Really ??? I purchased from you. Not the manufacture. The item was a week old Christmas present. After waiting a week. They claim need to send back to get evaluated ? Lets see. It was purchased as indestructible tungsten. That just don't break ? Way to go Cameo Jewelers of Chardon and Mentor. You should be ashamed of your shady practices. Stand behind the products you sell or don't sell them. Guess we will see you in court
