Stop in the Chardon Autozone and see what true customer service looks like. Scot has been a part of this location as long as I can remember. He knows the industry and always wears a smile. At one point in time I would always go to AutoZone, but not anymore. I would rate the service a 2.5 based on how variable your experience can be. Sometimes you get the good staff who are super helpful, polite and experienced. The other half (that I often stumble upon) are rude/ clueless and subtly make sure you know how much they want you to leave so they can go back to playing on their phones.

I’m honestly disappointed and I think I’m going to stop shopping at autozone as well as the rest of my family. Everytime I go in I end up getting the wrong parts… rotors blower motor muffler ect….. like my truck to be able to work with the parts they “guarantee” is a match
