I would never give medical advice to a dog owner because I am not a qualified vet. This local vet should stick to veterinary services instead of dishing out dog training advice with no qualifications whatsoever. Also they recommend a very low end mediocre training company. Stay in your lane. I will never recommend this company. I have tried the company they recommend and after several weeks my dog was still doing the things I wanted to stop. I then found an amazing company and they got me the results I was looking for and my dog was happy through the whole process.

I was in need of switching vets and with my kitty’s complicated medical issues she can’t be seen by any vet. My initial call to this vet to see if they could even help her the staff was amazing. I get her records over to them and they reviewed them with 2 Dr.s and called me to discuss my options. The compassion they showed me in every call I made to them was awesome. Then walking through the door the amount of thought that went into their set up was noticed right off the bat. They have a drive up window for early morning procedure/ surgery drop offs. The Dr. calls to give you their findings and follows up. I would recommend the veterinarian practice to everyone! Amazing staff! Thank you!

I can’t possibly say enough good things about this vet. The level of care and genuine interest in my cat’s health was incredible. After a weekend of emergency vet visits and a Monday morning phone call to our regular vet that ended with them refusing to help our cat, I called Animal Clinic of Chardon, and I couldn’t be more glad I did.
Peaches was in their exam room within the hour and moved into life-saving surgery shortly after that. The recovery was no picnic for her, but the team went above and beyond. I won’t forget Dr. Carolyn on the floor for 30 minutes, waiting for the perfect opportunity to stick her with the antibiotic shot. (Peaches was pretty sick of the vet at this point and boy was she pissed)
This may sound like an exaggeration, but I truly believe that if we had gone to any other vet, my cat would have died. The dedication displayed by the staff was truly remarkable as they provided not only expert medical care, but also worked hard to make sure we felt engaged in Peaches care while she was away from home.
I highly recommend Animal Clinic of Chardon to anyone in need of veterinary care. Their commitment to their patients is unparalleled, and they have my deepest gratitude for saving Peaches’ life.

Friendly staff, they were very patient with my dog who was very nervous. Explained everything about her upcoming surgery.. Dr. Stephanie was amazing and Summer helped my feel at ease when she called to confirm her appointment and review everything I need to do before and after surgery

They aren't willing to do much but let your pet suffer or even die if you don't have 1,000 to hand them immediately.Shameful.Theyvcarecmire about $ than your pets! Go elsewhere.

I am a first time pet owner(rescue) and this is our first vet appointment. The first vet I called the woman on the phone was cold, sounded irritated that I had questions, and completely lacked empathy in regards to my concerns of my high anxiety rescue kitty. Then I called Animal Clinic of Chardon(strongly recommended by my sister who is a veterinary assistant at an ICU) and let me tell you the two ladies I spoke with were the kindest, sweetest, reassuring professionals. They are fear free certified and Kim walked me through the process. She gave me recommendations on carriers and some tips as well. My anxiousness about bringing kitty to the vets has went from a 15 to about a 3. I know I haven’t even taken her in yet but I feel this experience deserves a 5 star review! I just have a gut feeling that my Bubbles is going to be in great hands ❤️

Dr Tom and Dr Carolyn are great. The 2 new vets they have hired are ridiculous. Find another vet. Dr Jessica is not worth your time or money. This clinic muzzled my dog without even talking to me. What kind of clinic is this? IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET TAKE THEM SOME PLACE ELSE!
