“My teen was traveling in this area when the car started making a horrible sound, with the driver side rear tire losing lug nuts and becoming unsafe to drive. We took a chance getting the car towed to TK Auto on a Sunday, leaving the key in the key drop, hoping they could fit us in as we don't live in the area.
They were very friendly and responsive by phone, looked at it promptly on Monday morning, told us what the issue was and it made sense and we trusted their assessment. The repair costs were reasonable. The technician checked over all the other wheels for us to ensure our car would be safe to drive several hours home from there. “They are honest about what they can and cannot do. They can get your vehicle there and unfortunately when insurance is taking a while and parts are waiting to be shipped they do their best to keep you informed. Since my vehicle was waiting I asked them to fix current issues I already and super thankful they could do that while we waited for parts.”
