I visited this store because I needed to touch up a spot on our family room wall. I had purchased the original color from SW a few years ago, but no longer had any paint in the original can. I told the young man on duty that I needed the smallest quantity possible. He replied that the smallest quantity was a whole gallon. With no other choice, I agreed and paid about $60. When I returned home, my wife looked online and found that we could purchase a small sampler size of the same exact color for about $7 in the SAME STORE. She ordered it for pickup, and we took the unopened gallon back for a refund, but the staff said it was non-refundable. I feel like the clerk must have known a smaller container was available, but just took the opportunity to ring up a bigger sale. So now I have way too much paint, and I'm now out close to $70. There are a lot of options in the paint store business, and in the future I WON'T be choosing Sherwin Williams.

You can go to other places but for quality paint and people who understand what is being painted this is always my first choice. The staff is very helpful and seems to know their products very well. It's much more straightforward than going to a big box store

Went in there today there must have been at least 10 people in line and only one guy his name is Mark and he was phenomenal. And if corporate sees this your man deserves a hell of a raise.

Staff very helpful identifying formulas to make 2 chosen Behr colors, and in guiding me on sheen levels for whole-house paint project. Many times more knowledge than at big box stores like Home Depot.

Definitely my favorite Sherwin Williams store! The staff here are awesome: friendly, helpful, and they know their products. I have visited other stores and been disappointed. Their paint is the best- but the crew here is also. Check them out!
