It's very disheartening to say how disappointed I am in Sanity. A beautiful boutique, but the customer service is poor. I am a local and was in the store for at least 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledge, which is completely unacceptable. Neither of the staff members asked if myself and the person I was with needed any help or anything. Very disappointing.

One of the sales associates went above and beyond to help me purchase an item and have it delivered in time. The clothes are very good quality and I’m in love!Will be returning again and again!

I can't recommend Sanity enough to people! They have an eye for incredible clothing/accessories and I have found some of my absolute favorite staple pieces from here. The whole staff goes above and beyond with amazing customer service. They have options for shipping, pick up and delivery for free and each method is extremely fast! My mom, sister and I all love it here and so many of my friends have agreed that the store is overall incredible with one-of-a-kind pieces. I highly recommend to check it out- there is something for everyone!

Absolutely love this store. I don’t live in Cleveland anymore , but I plan to visit the shop when I am in town. When I’m not I shop their online store. Free shipping is a plus and their customer service is outstanding. Lots of attention to detail! Highly recommend.

Cutest Boutique for pretty girls to shop! We were welcomed by the shop poodle, Willow. She is beautiful! Not many trendy shops in Cleveland. This one is a total babe alert.
