This location used to employ tellers which could handle all your needs that a typical bank would. A few years ago, they pretty much became a drive through ATM service after no longer providing services from inside the bank. The next closest branch is in Solon. I can't even access MY money at the local bank, ridiculous.

I have gone to this ATM (by the building) and each time it had issues with my cash deposit. It happened again today. I have filed a dispute and a complaint. Stay away from the ATM. On a good note, I called them and they were friendly, however, I won't know if my son's lego money will ever be returned. It was supposed to be an easy thing so he could order a lego set with the money he saved for. It ate $79 and gave me $1 back. Sad.

6 people sitting inside tell you to use an atm because they don't do anything at this branch. They offer to send you 20 mins away or let you use the ATM but wouldn't even handle a business deposit.

I went to the PNC branch in Chagrin Falls and could not cash a check because they no longer employ tellers. I was told very nicely I could go to Solon or Aurora. I do not have an account with PNC and I never will because of this.

Not from the area. Needed cash from actual teller because i exceeded my limit at ATM’ NO LIVE TELLER to withdraw cash can only do it from ATM! Freaking ridiculous!

There is no customer service at this bank.All the tellers are gone and the ATM's are out of the larger bills.Don't waste your time. Bank somewhere else.If this review would allow me to give no stars I would.

???????? ? If you come to this location before February 12 definitely ask for Skyler he is one of the branch bankers very professional and outstanding individual willing to go to extra mile to solve any issue this location will become a solution center on February 10, 2023
