Very disappointed. Took my daughter to get her hair done, it was a very rushed job my Brittany, tons of color bleeding throughout the hair, and while doing her hair she got color on her brand new hoodie I bought her for Christmas and didn’t feel the need to tell me. Its ruined. Called Oscar to rectify the situation and he never called me back. Second clothing item ruined by them. She initially ruined a Lululemon dress of mine the first appointment.

Brittany was the stylist for my sister’s wedding this past weekend and when I tell you she was AMAZING- that is an understatement! She was so pleasant to be around, efficient with time management and did an awesome job! My hair was a unique original braid style which I got tons of compliments on, the bride - my sister’s hair was a beautiful updo, as well as 3 other bridesmaids! Here are a few pics for reference. Our hair stayed in tact all night! If you’re thinking about booking Brittany for your next wedding- DO IT! ♥️

I have been having Brittany cut and color my hair for years now and she always does an amazing job!! Recently, Brittany did my wedding hair and she made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Brittany and Katie also styled all my bridesmaids’ hair and they did a wonderful job! They even came to the venue to make for a seamless morning. Took my 4 year old daughter here for her first haircut and we could not have been happier with the experience. The haircut came out beautifully and most importantly, Katie was so kind, sweet, and patient with my daughter to ensure that she had a great first experience. My daughter left with a big smile! Also, the salon is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of chagrin falls. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was super kind as well even when I had to reschedule. We will definitely be back and I’m looking forward to getting my hair cut there too!
