My first experience here was when my dog had to have surgery on her hind leg. Since that initial visit and each one since every single staff member there that I have interacted with has been stupendous. You can tell they are dedicated to the care of our pets.

My sister Barb Hicar has bring our Gus to you for awhile now. Sadly today she had to have him euthanized. Gus was a one of a knd dog and will be greatly missed. The one good thing to come out of all his problems is that he went to ORange VIllage Animal Hospital, full of caring, giving loving people who made Gus's, Barbs and her husband Dan's last day with Gus filled with love carinf and dignity. My fur baby was seriously ill. The Dr an the staff were awesome. She needed surgery an everything went well. This vet is kind an amazing. Well worth the drive. Thank you guys so much. Prettigyrl an her momma thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Puppy was sick and the regular vet we go to was closed today. So I started to call around to see who I could get him into. I must of called 20 places and everyone was at least a week out. Orange Village animal hospital was able to get me in the same day so I took my chances. So glad I did. The vet and staff was very nice and unlike the current vet we have now they did not try to add on and sell us everything to Jack up the bill to $1,000 before you leave. We have two dogs. And I plan to switch both of my dogs over to Orange Village animal hospital. Thanks guys for getting me in today i appreciate it. Laura Herbst

The best vet I’ve ever had. They really care for your pets and don’t pressure you into unnecessary tests/treatments to make money. Dr. Rogoff and the staff are really the best!

The outstanding doctor andstaff and the cozy facility create an atmosphere that makes you feel as if you and the health of your pet are the only things that matter, unlike so many vet practices that seem more interested in generating business than caring for your animal.

Had an appt today, confirmed pricing on the phone and the fee went from $50.00 to $90 something. When i asked who answered the phone this am, she said evidently someone who did not know what they were talking about...How professional????? I wanted a dog vaccination and she said I had to get a wellness exam. I showed her were I went to Vetco and had 2 shots and a wellness exam on 6.29.23. She wanted to be combative and say the paperwork said that Vetco could not do the wellness exam. What she actually read was they were unable to take the temperature. The rest of the wellness exam was completed and the charge was right there on the receipt. Then I asked to speak with the Vet. She said he did't want to speak with me unless I had an appt, which I did, but he must have wanted me to pay before he could speak to a customer who was having an issue with his front desk clerk. Okee Dokee. Maybe this Vet did me a favor! I won't be back. My dog deserves much better than an irritated, irrational receptionist that reads what she wants to read and a Vet that does not have time to speak a customer when he clearly can hear what is going on. I definitely would not refer anyone here.Response-Tell the truth it is in writing-Service requested canine influenza shot=Wellness exam was done on 6.29.23 and not needed. This was a tech visit-As Quoted on the phone $39. for the shot $50 with the tech visit. No worries, you did us a favor. Take care.

This so called Dr. told us we should bring our cat back for a follow-up at no charge. When we checked out he charged us at said he never said that. I have him on cell video lying, going to report this idiot to the Vet Board!Very shady, money hungry!

I am so glad I trusted my gut and got my dogs surgery done here. It was a pleasant and personable experience. The doctor is funny and my dog liked him so that's good enough for me.

Dr. Rogoff and his staff were wonderful. I called to make an appointment for my dog to get a checkup and establish care in the area and they got me in the same day. They were extremely kind to my dog, myself, and to each other. It is nice to see people working together that you can tell are happy to be there and happy to help you. Dr. Rogoff gives a thorough exam and was more than willing to sit and answer my questions without me feeling rushed. And best of all, he was mindful that I am on a budget while I am in school and helped develop a plan for my dog accordingly. I was dreading establishing care with a new vet but I can now say I am more than happy that I did! Thank you Dr. Rogoff and staff and I will look forward to seeing you for the years to come!

By the time it took them to figure out what happened to our cat she passed away. Wouldn’t recommend
