We were able to try out the mattress and adjustable frame we were looking to buy, and an employee, Lilly, helped us pick out pillows. We were a bit worried we would be pressured to purchase today, but Lilly just sent me an email with everything we had talked about getting, so we have some time to think about it and make sure we’re happy before we move ahead with our purchase. Overall, I am very happy with our experience and I’m so happy we took the time to stop in and try out the mattress and frame. It makes me feel a lot better about such a big purchase.”

“Became acquainted with Rich over 15 years ago when I was selling advertising. I have bought three mattresses from him. The first one was a pillowtop that lasted almost 15 years and he was less expensive than the other two places I looked it. Plus he delivered it for free. Most importantly, he is honest. On all three occasions, he could have sold me a more expensive brand name mattress that would have been several hundred dollars more for essentially the same coil count, build and firmness. But with a brand name. Plus, he made the process and explanation simple and straightforward, and they were flexible in the delivery time so I didn't have to take any time off work; That's why I go back.”
