If I could give zero I would. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. After waiting 30 minutes to just deposit 2 checks, I walked out and their ATM was out of service, went to the drive thru and waited another 15 minutes. Not one employee made eye contact with me or said a word. AWFUL

Needed checks printed for a legal case…customer service said they would print them that day…i had to keep calling in over the course of a month to check on progress, and it was rationalized that they were too busy every day to print the checks. poor service for a bank

This is a great bank branch. There is rarely a wait, and the staff here is extremely helpful and accommodating. They have dog treats for the dogs that are in cars that go through the drive through. The only challenges are that there is not a drive up ATM, and finding a parking spot can be a real challenge.

Huntington Bank is the worst bank possible. I was a victim of online fraud. Huntington recoursed every dollar I had and than some leaving me far in the negatives. For months I called everyday and begged for provisional credit. They allowed me to go without any money for food and gas. No method of getting to and from my job. I had to do what I could to make cash to live while fighting a bank I had been with problem and fraud free for over 5 years. Even after going to the police and filling reports and turning over everything possible to them as evidence that I was the victim. The branch manager of Chagrin Falls, Ohio looked me in the face and laughed and told me his 18 year old son wouldn't of made that mistake.

Everyone that I have ever spoken with at this location has been friendly and knowledgeable. On the rare occasion that one of the staff does not know the answer to a question, someone else always immediately pitches in and the problem is solved quickly and efficiently. They clearly work well as a team. Brian is especially good at his job.
