Just finished up getting a second loan thru Huntington. Shannon and Mark really made the process easy, and it’s nice knowing I have good people I can consult with in the future. I’m also moving my other accounts here now because of the great costumer service

Staff was impolite, acting like I was an issue when I was the ONLY customer there.. I walked out and will ultimately be changing banks entirely.

Had an encounter with a circle glasses supervisor there she seemed to be a real blank... not gonna say it shes torturing the people underneath her i felt so compelled i went home to write this review. The pretty banker with blue eyes is the best and sure enough thats the one the supervisor singles out.

The staff at this location does a super job! They give great service and are very friendly. They've helped me out with several wire transfers. I especially appreciate the service that David Cross, the Branch Manager, gives. In addition, Dave the business banker is awesome! He helps you out with anything you might need.

They don't answer the phone. Leave messages and they might return call the next day. The Giant Eagle branch was 1,000X better with far fewer employees working.

Had a difficult time cashing checks using my passport and credit card. First they would accept my Florida drivers license, then stopped the next day. Then refused my Ohio ID card because of my Florida drivers license (which one is an ID, one is a DL. Come on, I shouldn't have to spell it out. Finally they stopped accepting my passport as a form of ID. Really? Having a passport is like having 50 drivers licenses. Plus, the teller couldn't understand why I did my banking the way I did. Back up, it's not your job to know - mind your business! I know the would dread seeing me through those glass doors - but go to Tanglewood instead - they have extended hours and they are AWESOME!!!

I have been with Huntington for a few years now, I have kept my account above the set minimum, never bounced a check, never filed a dispute, never had any issues with my account. In early October of this year I cashed a check that was unknowingly fraudulent. 24 hours went by and Huntington cleared the money in my account. The next day I was able to deposit and use the cash which I did. 24 hours after that I received a text saying that I was nearly -$600 in over drawn money. Here Huntington had decided to credit the check back out of my account without any warning or even a call about the possible fraudulent check that I had cashed. I immediately went to my local branch and was told by a representative that I needed to file a dispute with corporate and that I should also file a police report. So I drove to the local police station and filed a report and received a case number. I than called the corporate phone number to file a dispute with haste that same day (October 3rd). The dispute was filed but Huntington refused me my money back or the use of provisional credit. I was told I would be SOL and out of money for up to 10 business days, obviously not including Saturday and Sunday. So I called every day for 10 days and was told by several representatives several different stories. Most of them treated me like I was trying to scam the bank. I have never felt so alone on such a pressing situation. Still after 10 days I'm denied access to provisional credit and my money. Over draft charges have piled up at this point all of which Huntington said they would withdraw up to 5 days of over draft fees. Finally I get a call from Huntington. Only it's not about my dispute but them letting me know I have 9 days before my account is sold to a collections agency. So I questioned the rep about my dispute which they responded with the fact that it had been closed with no restitution on my end and I would have to visit my local branch to file a fraudulent claim. At this point it is October 30th and finally I am being told that I will not be receiving my money back and my account will be turned over to collections. Huntington branch manager Dave from Chagrin Falls tells me "You should of used more common sense". So this is how Huntington protects their loyal customers, with the gift of hindsight . A whole month it took to tell me this. Keep in mind the worst customer service 800 number you could ever imagine. The people at the bank including the branch manager have told me that it's my own fault for cashing a bad check. So Huntington DOES NOT protect you against fraud. They do not help you when you have been a victim of a scam or fraud. So beware first time bankers out there. There are much better banks out there and credit unions are a feasible option as well. Don't use Huntington just because someone you know does. This bank will eventually leave you with nothing. I will be taking my 50+ years of banking and loans else where.

The staff is so friendly. They even start recognizing and calling you by name when you will in.
