Huntington Bank provides great customer service with a friendly and efficient staff that makes customers feel valued. Employees go out of their way to handle complex situations, making calls and doing research without making it seem a bother. They make processes like loans and wire transfers easy. Customers appreciate having good people to consult with, which leads them to move their other accounts to the bank. The branch manager and business banker are noted for being awesome and helpful with all banking and business needs.

Just finished up getting a second loan thru Huntington. Shannon and Mark really made the process easy, and it’s nice knowing I have good people I can consult with in the future. I’m also moving my other accounts here now because of the great costumer service
