The best boutique I have shipped in . I spent a lot of time in nyc and this boutique has so many unusual outfits WINS OF CHANGE is unmatched. The ladies that work there go above and beyond so happy I found this treasure

on top of the sexual harassment allegations from the owner's employees, they offered me alcohol when i was underage. giving out wine samples to anyone who walked in (i was in high school and definitely did not look 21)

Horrible customer service. My daughter bought a dress, for an important event, that was discounted due to some “slight fading” in the store window. My daughter tried it on and owner and clerk hyped it up as looking beautiful, beautiful! Brought it home and in different lighting was unwearable as front was completely covered in sun shaded stripes. Came back to store and owner refused to do anything for her! It’s in unwearable but owner is insistent on final sale.

Very cute selection of items BUT I believe there is a security camera that points DIRECTLY into the changing rooms!!!!! Didn’t notice it until it was too late and I was mid-change. Use with caution!!!!!! (Edited to add photos from the room I was in - unless I’m wrong, but it definitely looks like a camera and felt violating)

Bought a sun damaged dress from display window without realizing how bad the damage was. Owner offered absolutely no help and said it was discounted so nothing she would do for me. Maxi Dress has absolutely no value, cannot wear due to severe striping on front with back beautiful full rich color. So much for a small business standing behind their merchandise. Never again!

It's so much more than a shoe store. Chic, charming and modern, this is an experience that makes "hometown" feel cool. It's like what Anthropologie aims to do... but comes alive instead here with an explosion of color and scents, with carefully curated one of a kind items ranging from clothes, chocolates, soaps to crystals. Such a great vibe!
