I reached out to the team at Frame Center Gallery just after Christmas about doing some custom frames for my living room. I received an immediate call back, and excellent customer service throughout the entire process. The frames came out better than we could have possibly expected, and the turnaround time was nearly 4 months faster than any of the online retailers. We love our new frames, and we will be using Frame Center Gallery for all of our framing needs moving forward. Thank you, A+!

Based on the reviews we read we traveled 50 minutes to bring our complex project to John. The integrity of those who you will work with at the frame center gallery can't be beat, it is operated by 5 star people. This is who you want to work with.

Great place for professional artist. I learn so much coming in and get compliments on the piece and the frame at every show. I swear, if it wasn't for their advice in framing, I wouldn't have won an honourable mention in the Chagrin Valley Juried Art Show. And their prints are fantastic and museum quality.

Never ask to use the restroom - you will be told to go next door. What? I believe I would treat my customers a bit better - especially after spending several hundred dollars. I will not return.

I have been having John frame my art for years. He is super nice, fair, and talented. Don't go to those dumb big box stores for framing. You can do much better here. Exterior/Location: They just moved to a shopping plaza on Washington Street Interior: Just moved to a new location.. under renovation. Vibe/Ambiance: Artsy... it's a frame store Staff: Awesome and talented. Clientele: Anybody Price: Framing is normally pretty expensive. They are very fair here and the selection is better than I have ever seen elsewhere. Must get items: Get something framed Why I love or hate it: Love it! My stuff always looks great. Museum quality Final thoughts: Try it. Forget Micheal's and their 50% off junk coupons.

We have had multiple pieces framed for both our home & our business. Every single one has turned out gorgeous! The staff is friendly, helpful and works within your budget. They work quickly to get the pieces back in a timely manner. We are so happy with every aspect of The Frame Center! Highly recommend!

First did business with John in '98. He could have made twice the money off of me in an eBay auction that got real competitive between me and another bidder. After I "won", John messaged me and said there was no way he could allow me to pay that much, even though I was quite willing. Didn't know John from from the next guy, but knew he was a straight shooter from then on. Also bought a large print from him listed "as framed", but at the last minute John said it was just too ugly and reframed it before he sent it to me at no extra cost. Still one of my prettiest pieces. Good, honest, hard working guy who really cares. Anyone who says differently is just mean or crazy.
