Very professional and clean. The damage done to my 24 chevy truck was expertly fixed. You would never know it happened. I also got updates pretty regularly on the progress and they completed the work a week sooner than estimated

My car was repaired earlier than the time frame I was given. I didn’t need to take it back for minor mistakes. They also cleaned my car inside and out. I was also able to leave the rental car at their location that I had to use which was a big convenience for me.

The shop in South Euclid was great and staff very friendly. The shop in the Falls had my truck for 5 weeks which was and communication was terrible.The only communication i had was them saying my truck would not be ready when scheduled

My experience with Crash Champions in Bainbridge Ohio was amazing - Bill is the consummate professional and they are on time and the communication is second to none - I live in NC and my mom is alone in Ohio - they went out of their way to assist and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I totally recommend the facility and people handling the work.
