This was an online order. I ordered some chainsaw chaps online May 31st. I received the wrong size in the mail. I talked to a customer service rep (who was extremely nice - Christina) on Thursday and had the wrong chaps sent back to the company on Thursday with a follow up email. I never heard anything back so I called Tuesday. Unfortunately the right size chaps were still not shipped out to me. I elected for a refund instead. Really nice people, but it would have taken 3-4 weeks from start to finish to get the right product. I bet the company is great, and the people seem really nice, but it didn't help me in the end.”

Customer service was the utmost importance, followed closely by experience and of course the expertise of the proprietor and employees. We all remember the hardware stores before Home Depot, filled with knowledgeable employees who can help you with almost anything you were looking to do. Peter's store for men in downtown chagrin Falls has been the only place for the last 20 years that I've purchased a suit from. If you're looking for a truly custom feel without the $3000-$5000 price tag, you have to come in and visit this store. They only sell fine clothing so everything you purchase from there near custom shirts to of course their suits will be among the best you own. If you are looking for fitted or custom-made shirts and suits this is one of the last stores that can actually accommodate that. Sure there are mall stores that claim similar quality for less, but it's not true, they sell a lesser quality material to make up the difference. Peter has been a hallmark of Chagrin Falls for decades, if you haven't been there stop in and trying to suit. You'll be glad you did.”
