The salon is all service shop, has a relaxing environment where everyone seems happy. Easy appointment scheduling. Mariana is my go to stylist she always does a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair. She has a keen sense of style, hair texture and coloring. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist.

Changes is a great salon in the heart of Chagrin Falls. Whether its hair, or nails, or waxing. They do it all and do a very nice job of it. Best coloring i have had in years! extremely customer oriented. Always on time for your appointments!

The stylists at Changes are all SO nice and accommodating! I have been to both Spaela and Nicole- they listen to what I want for my hair and always offer tea or coffee or sparkling water. A visit to Changes is always a respit from life’s hectic pace - AND I ALWAYS get complements on my hair color!!!
