Old vet was a wonderful pet loving individual who was super professional and attentive. He retired. New vet is unprofessional. He seemed too casual and unattached when speaks to you. He was eating candy put of the guest jar like a little kid when talking to me and ate more than a few pieces. As someone who is concerned about my health and my dogs I was not impressed. I also was shocked at the DOUBLE increase they now charge to clean a dog’s teeth. Not more than 6 months ago it was under $800, now nearly $1,600 for a small 10lb dog. They gave no clear reason, but the email and text marketing they are now doing is increasing and off putting to say the least. I took my dogs elsewhere.

We used to love bringing our dog here, but the old vet recently retired and the new team is just not the same. Our dog Willow has been back twice since the management changed and both times we felt like the experience was chaotic and rushed. After our last visit I felt really pressured to use their “online pharmacy” even though we were already set up with Chewy. Today Chewy contacted them to renew our prescription and I got a voicemail from the vet’s office saying we have to pay an $8 fee for them to send in our prescription because we chose to use a third party pharmacy. This fee has never been applied before. When I called to express frustration over the fee and our general experience, I spoke with Amy and I got the rudest response. I explained that my husband and I both work full time, are starting a business and have a one year old, and canceling our current prescription service and switching to theirs felt like an unnecessary hassle, she said “well, if you owned a business wouldn’t you want your customers to be encouraged to use all your services?” Encouraged, yes. PENALIZED if they don’t, no. It would have been so simple for her to say, “I understand. We’ll waive the fee this time and next time you’re in I’ll help you get set up with our system.” Instead she doubled down. Sadly, over an $8 fee they’ve lost a patient that would have returned to them for the next 10 years. I would recommend you look elsewhere for a vet - this practice is only interested in nickel and diming you, rushing you through your visit, and getting you out the door.

Used to be great, but was bought out by a new vet and now it’s honestly terrible. The way they handle my dogs physically is very aggressive and careless, the place smells like urine to the point of burning your nostrils (I’m serious) and the new vet does nothing but give vague advice and recommend you see a specialist. I really miss the old Doc.

They are the only vet my animals go to. They always take care of them. The staff is very professional and seem to always care about my animals.

Excellent vet. Brought my dogs here for years before moving away, and I’m now realizing just how spoiled we were to have such a reliable practice close by! Notably, the girls that work the front desk are a real asset to the business.

Always so nice. Talked me through one of my darkest moments when my cat passed unexpectedly. We have used them since moving back to the area for all three of our cats.

Our dog has allergy issues. We have needed multiple last minute appointments. Each time, they have been able to get us in quickly. They have been very helpful and able to promptly help with any issues. Everyone has been very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. We have been very pleased.
