The service department went above and beyond fixing my Ferris mower. They fixed the issue with a day and had it back to me the next. They even washed my mower for me. I will be having all my equipment serviced by Chagrin Pet and Garden. Thank you again so much guys!

I haven't used the power equipment aspect of this store, but it is a wonderful little garden and pet supply store. It has many of the specialty garden items that you just can't find in big box stores. I go there every spring to get my seed potatoes. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
