Chagrin Animal Clinic is Fantastic! Their staff is always very friendly and helpful and they take wonderful care of my dog at each visit. I would definitely recommend Chagrin Animal Clinic, they're the Best!

The staff at Chagrin Animal Clinic makes routine procedures accessible with their Techs handling them between regular visits with the Veterinarians. This service has been especially helpful since our 13 yr. old Lab has begun receiving monthly shots to relieve arthritic pain allowing her to resume her favorite activities. It is a warm welcome and in and out. Thanks Chagrin Falls Clinic!

My husband and I are so happy to have found Dr. Stitts and staff at Chagrin Veterinary Clinic. We moved here recently and were very concerned about finding the right place for our two fur babies. One is 18+ in cat years and the other who is 9 can be a handful, so we knew we presented some challenges for a new vet. We have been truly grateful for the expertise, care and support we are experiencing as new caregivers to the CAC staff. Dr. Stitts is by far the best we have ever encountered and we are so fortunate as a longtime family of cat rescue babies to be in her care.

We love Chagrin Animal Clinic! All of the staff are very friendly and empathetic towards our dog, Gabby. I feel confident that Gabby is in good hands with Dr. Binder and I like that she does not push us to do procedures that Gabby may not need.

This practice is absolutely wonderful. The staff is professional and treated my fur baby beautifully. Dr. Lauren Binder was very calming and spent the time with us to ensure we had a plan moving forward for Toby's care. I highly recommend this Veterinary clinic!

Our pet wasn’t feeling well and we got in on very short notice. The staff was very helpful and within hours we were on our way home with a happy pet!

I love this clinic. The staff is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and always make time for our elderly dog when issues come up at short notice. The vets are wonderful and so sweet to our dog. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone I know. They do an awesome job!

Chagrin Animal Clinic is always there for us when we need them. We changed to Chagrin Animal Clinic after the vet we had used for years turned us away when we needed them. Since then, our dogs have gotten the non-routine care they needed in a timely manner as well as their annual checkups! Thank you Dr Binder and Dr Stitts.

The whole experience was great! Very professional staff and very kind. Peanut hadn't been to the vet in awhile so I was nervous taking him in but they addressed my concerns and he is doing just fine! I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends!
