My husband threw me a surprise birthday party at Blossom in Chagrin Falls and it was a dream! One of the managers, Emily, was our host and did such an amazing job. She was kind, thoughtful, and made the process so smooth for our group. Such a unique way to celebrate a birthday! Will definitely be coming back soon.

We had a minor arrangement misunderstanding but the Chagrin Falls location stepped up and came through with a gorgeous arrangement! Staff was responsive and promptly took care of the issue.
