I came in to get an estimate on what I thought was a door ding on my passenger side door. After looking at it they took to see if they could get the botched home repair I did off. When he returned he explained that it was not a dent all the way to the paint so there was only a VERY small dent where the effected area was. It is so small now you hardly notice it. They did all of this free of charge! I recommend them highly!!

I recently enjoyed the questionable pleasure of engaging Bainbridge to have a disabled vehicle towed.
They were helpful and responded quickly. Eric arrived in short order with a flatbed and cheerfully transferred my ailing machine to my selected repair facility.
Though I hope to never see them again they are the people I will call if need arises.
My absolute highest praise is well earned.

If I could give a zero star they would get it . If this was the last place on earth to go I wouldn’t go here . Rude , disrespectful, obnoxious and a thief in my opinion. My son had his car towed 1.5 miles because his car broke down . He refused to tow it to the dealership and his shop could not even look at it for 2 weeks . When I complained about being charged $527 for tow he said “ok then I’ll charge you $600”. “I could charge you whatever I want- what are you going to do about it?” If this is how you run your business just remember Karma is a terrible thing and taking advantage of others and being rude and disrespectful to others will return its favor to you .. ADVICE — STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY A HOT HEAD WAITING TO EXPLODE ..trust me I understand tows can be costly it’s the way he treated a customer that stands out —REPSPONSE:by no means was there any clean up whatsoever in fact my son helped you — you are clueless and rude — you also had charges on your receipt that were made up just so that your 20 minutes of you time was paid well— just a thief in my view taking advantage of others - I’m certain people will soon realize what kind of business you run .. STAY AWAY

Went to get an estimate or make an appointment for one if they couldn't look at my truck for body damage. I arrived at 2pm and no one was in the front office. The door has a siren to let people in the back know when someone enters. I was looked at by some guy in the back but never acknowledged. I stood there for 8 minutes and no one ever came. Now there was 3 guys in the back and still nothing. I decided to go to highway garage instead as I walked out the siren sounded again so I decided to sit a minute and see if someone would come out but they didn't. Highway garage will have my business from now on. This is the second time bainbridge auto has dropped the ball I also took my wife's car to get a broken lug nut off and they said they were just going to cut her rim into pieces and that was all they could do. Highway garage said no problem and fixed it. I don't know what happened to them but they need to fix it.

We have used these guys for years. I can't say enough good things about them and the quality of their work. Honest, fair, fast are just a few things top of mind. They work on all vehicle types (including Teslas). Highly recommend!

Car had a scrap along the back passenger side. Dave looked at it and asked if we had 5 mins to see what he could do with a buffer so he could provide us with a more accurate quote. When he came back he manage to buff everything out with the exception of 2 little scratches that weren’t worth repairing. We asked what we owed him and he just waved us off and said we were good to go. If any other work is ever needed, we will definitely return.Service: Body & Trim

Been up to Bainbridge Auto Body Shop a few times now and have had excellent service. I've had some body work done and also had my headlights replaced there recently. Each time I call they are happy to answer all my questions and also get me in quickly. For each of my headlights I just waited and was only there about 15 minutes each time. I will be starting to use them for all my auto mechanic needs in the future.
