Update: I am moving this company to five stars. They resolved this issue with nothing but professionalism. I very much appreciate their customer service.
This was an online order. I ordered some chainsaw chaps online May 31st. I received the wrong size in the mail. I talked to a customer service rep (who was extremely nice - Christina) on Thursday and had the wrong chaps sent back to the company on Thursday with a follow up email. I never heard anything back so I called Tuesday. Unfortunately the right size chaps were still not shipped out to me. I elected for a refund instead. Really nice people, but it would have taken 3-4 weeks from start to finish to get the right product. I bet the company is great, and the people seem really nice, but it didn't help me in the end.

The people at this store are extremely nice and helpful. I had issues with some carolina boots I bought. They contracted carolina for me and helped me through the whole process. Even after a second pair of Carolina Boots failed they again helped me worked with me to find a pair of boots that would fit and had all the features needed for my job. I cannot recommend this store enough, it is very hard to find people that actually care and are generally good nice people that want to help.I should also add I typically do not review things. That's how happy impressed I was with the service here

Why did I award Arborwear in Chagrin Falls the coveted 5-star award? Because:(1) They carry high quality merchandise - I am particularly addicted to their DriRelease t-shirts because they wash and wear PERFECTLY. Hubby loves them too! [Just wished they carried them in white.](2) The place has a very cool outdoorsy vibe.(3) An exceptional salesperson (Laura L) works there. She always greets me warmly and goes out of her way to help me. She represents Arborwear’s finest!

I've purchased numerous pairs of boots from this company, a few hoodies and socks etc. My most recent purchase was a pair of expensive Timberland's work boots. I had an issue with the sole coming off the boot and a cut in the sole. I took them back because they had a 1yr warranty and they told me I didn't take care of the boots and they wouldn't replace them, mind you I used boot conditioner approximately 3 times. They offered me 25% off a new pair. I paid $300 for a pair of boots and you didn't honor your warranty. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again.
