I love this store! I’ve been here countless times and each time I have had an amazing experience! Caroline is the absolute best! I’ve gotten both a dress and a sweater from here and both are holding up so well. The stock rotates often so there is always something new to try on! The atmosphere of the store is so well designed and the window displays are always great!

Omg the young lady with the red hair is so beautiful and represents the store amazing. She is a breath of fresh air, makes me want to go shop there. She's wonderful, i don't know her name but she was recorded when they passed by your store on youtube and she was so sweet and respectful ?

This used to be a good storeAge stereotyping is not okay, but that is what a few friends and I have recently experienced. We were discouraged to shop here simply because of our ages (teenagers) I’d just like to say that not all kids are there to cause trouble. We have been happy customers since this was our favorite store, but it’s hard to give business to a store that lacks respect to all customers.

Your employee, I think she was called 'Carebear'. I just saw her interaction with Amagansett Press, she came across as a really nice person who represented your business brilliantly, funny, very pleasant and full of life. She even had a half decent British accent when she said your shops name.

Caroline is literally the sweetest thing on the planet. I’ve never had a bad experience in this store with employees OR the clothing. Literally my favorite business in chagrin falls for sure!
