My associate, Lysander was fantastic! They helped me tremendously by saving me a trip back to the store by helping me find bags for my Amazon returns. They are a real asset to your team. Also, I've noticed that they always greet customers warmly. Many thanks.

Kelsey was extremely helpful to me since this was my first time visiting this location. We had a great conversation and she definitely earned my business!! As a college student they offer great services for school such as printing, ordering, and Amazon drop offs/ returns!

A package I tried to ship at this store (a fathers day present) was destroyed in transit. They offered to pay for the shipping of a second package (so that the gift arrived on time) and then subsequently lost one of the items I included in my package. My conclusion is that if you send something from this place it will be lost or destroyed.

The store has improved from 4 years ago when I moved here. They now have self drop off to make things easier if you're just dropping off. Associates are helpful and try to get you in and out in a timely manner.

I had my packages labeled and ready to go. I just needed a receipt. I waited in line for 10 minutes or so. The employee could see me standing there very obviously with my packages, which were packaged in shoeboxes. I finally get up to him and he rudely tells me he won’t take them because of the simple fact that they’re specifically in shoeboxes. He said he’s not allowed and his drivers wouldn’t even take them and they would just sit there, undelivered. I’ve shipped MANY times and often in shoeboxes; it has never been a problem. I’ve also received packages in shoeboxes. I immediately went across the street to an Access Point and he took them without question and was very kind.
