I don’t understand how almost every person that works here has to be rude. Like I get it you work at UPS, but you don’t have to be a douchebag. You work a customer service job, it’s your job to be helpful and not act like having to help somebody is such a hassle.
I’ve worked with a very nice lady before but everybody else is just rude. I never write reviews as generally I’m not bothered enough to do anything but my experience today just put me off for the last time.

Nadine was very efficient!!!! She was understanding & helped me locate the code I needed for her to complete the return!!!! The store was clean & welcoming w/ no wait - I would go back to that location again!!!!

I thought the customer service would be good. It’s actually terrible. First, I paid to have a cell phone shipped only to have to wait for the guy to help other customers before he can box my phone up. I asked to see it boxed up to make sure it was. I don’t know these people. They act like we should have an automatic trust for them or something. Well, I don’t. So I asked to see it boxed up only for them to box it up in the back. The guy said we have a “boxing table” in the back. I told him the point was to see it boxed up. Again, they look at me dumbfounded like I am supposed to automatically trust them with a $1,000 phone. Ridiculous. Will not be returning. Ever. Disrespectful.

Went for notary. After waiting some time, she looked over my deed paperwork and said she couldn't do it. I had already signed one of the Papers in front of her. So It ruined that copy. No offer was made to make another copy. So I went to a competent Notary over to Steel Notary Services!

In and out quickly. Was doing a return for an Etsy order and they’d accidentally sent me two items when I’d only ordered one. Overall a fine experience.
