My husband and I live in Louisiana and have been searching all over the country for the exact car we had in mind for approximately 2 months. We were in contact with numerous dealership salespeople and have dealt with a lot of deceiving information from every last one of them until we called Jeff Wyler Acura dealership where they had advertised the exact car we were looking for. Thank goodness Tyler was the one we got in touch with there! He was so accommodating, nice and upfront about everything we discussed, and never once tried to deceive us about any aspect of the car and buying process. We were a little, well a lot, suspicious of salespeople due to our prior dealings, so poor Tyler dealt with our extreme skepticism like a pro and earned our total respect and felt comfortable enough to make the deal happen all done over the phone. We flew to Dayton, Ohio from Louisiana to complete the deal and drove the car back home. The deal was conducted very smoothly thanks to both Tyler and Michael in their finance department. Michael was careful not to push anything on us and only gently explained our options and discussed those options with us at length to make sure we understood them. Tyler and Michael are, by far, the best salesperson/finance processor we have ever encountered! I just wish the rest of the dealerships around the country had employees like these guys. They are the exception to the saying about how buying a car could be a nightmare (or something like that.) I'm just so grateful that I had a most enjoyable experience purchasing our beautiful 2023 Infiniti QX60. We still are in awe of everything about this whole unconventional purchase.

My 2024 Acura Integra with less than 3000 miles on it had a loose door seal on the driver’s side door. I informed the Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton service of this issue and made an appointment. After they inspected the door seal, they ordered a new door seal and they had me return to install it. After the new door seal was installed, it came loose again in less than a week. They reinstalled the door seal again today. So it took three trips and 6 hours driving, 3 hours waiting, and 360 miles of driving to and from Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton for one simple problem to be fixed. John, the service writer, was always courteous and accommodating but this experience was inexcusable.

I don’t care if you are from the area or out of state, if you are looking to buy an Acura, buy it from Tyler. Transparent, efficient, and he cares. Great experience from Acura of Dayton!

Not a very good experience at all getting simple alignment done. New tires corded 3 months later, could have had blow out and they have the guts to say it wasn't alignment.
Once they get you in, they no longer your friend. If you complaint, No one really cares what you have to say and change to a "it's not my problem" attitude. No one will do anything to make it right. Big fail!
