A friend recommended this place when I was searching for new tax accountants, and the experience was fantastic. Thank you again, Martha! They operate on a walk-in basis, so no appointment is needed. They were able to assist us with both W-2 and Schedule C filings, which was particularly helpful as many other places only handle W-2 returns. Throughout the entire process, all of our questions were answered, and we received valuable feedback. It was truly a good experience, and I'll definitely be returning next year.

I was referred to Leonardo's Income Tax Service by a friend. I walked in without an appointment (assuming I was the only person in the world doing my taxes on 3/20). The office was inviting, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I waited a few minutes and was greeted by a gentleman named Erik. Erik explained that their office is family-owned and open year round. My taxes had to be filed a little differently for 2023 and Erik explained the IRS guidelines for my situation. I had a few things to consider, and Erik suggested that I take the time to think about them and return when ready. During the visit, Erik keyed my information into the system and gave me an estimate of my tax return. I returned two days later (again without an appointment) and met with Erik for the second time. Erik processed my taxes within 20 minutes. Thank YOU, Erik, for doing what you do with a smile on your face. A professional personality like yours goes a very long way.

I really appreciated the tax service I received here. All of the employees were so so very nice and I was in and out of there in less than 15 min. I just really appreciated the service and how nice they were. Highly highly recommend!

They are the best tax preparers i know!! Ask for martha or erick the best sibling duo. This is a family owned business. Have been going there for years. They are also ones to get to know you and remember you over the years! Great customer service and their rates are great they don't charge an arm or a leg. They ate honest and trustworthy. The parking may be a lil reduced so be prepared to park in surrounding streets if busy. You can set up a time to go in or call them to see what best fits your schedule!

i was there with my son on Monday. All the person working there are professional, they treat customers in a good manner as well as very good welcome. Though, i waited for 20 minutes but overall service was excellent.

This was my first year using Leonardo's. They were recommended to me by a dear friend who has been using them for 25-odd years. She had nothing but good things to say about them. She was correct. My taxes were done by Eric, son of the late owner. He was very polite and did a great job explaining everything to me. And a great price too. A schedule A and E for only $125 is a good deal. I was very pleased. Don't be put off because south Main Street in Santa Ana has seen better days. The place was very neat and tidy and following all the covid-19 protocols. The building and surroundings were very clean and safe. And they speak English and Spanish. What more do you want??

My mom has been coming here since 1989, I believe, and when it was my turn to file taxes, of course momma bought me here. Since 2013 I've been blessed by these people and my goodness... they are so freaking amazing! Their professionalism is top notch due to being so emphatic and caring to everyone who walks in. Plus, they really REALLY try to help you out and make sure you get every cent you deserve. Yall have no idea how humble and fantastic these people are - they treat you like family. My siblings, my BF and even HIS family have been coming here for years! And my BF family are from Anaheim! Pretty much all of OC knows Leonardos. I am so happy I have people I can trust to file my taxes and help me with any issues I have. God bless them.

My family and I have been doing our taxes with Leonardo for years (over thirteen years) and every year we get exceptional service and great advice! Leonardo treats all of his clients like family and makes the whole process as easy and painless as possible. As expected, the can be a little long during tax season but it's worth it because you will get his full attention along with a very productive session. He makes the process quick and simple without sacrificing attention to detail along with his informative explanations. I've also had the pleasure of working with Martha and truly admire how transparent and professional she is as well with her tax transactions which makes her just as trustworthy as Leonardo. Leonardo and Martha are the type of people that truly care about their clients and want what's best for them. I'm very grateful for Leonardo and all who run this place as they are all so welcoming and extremely helpful.
