Best place for paint. Ever. Benjamin Moore Paint store, family owned and operated, and had great advice for my project challenges (old dry ceilings and hard-to-cover wall colors). The quality of the paint, and the kindness and expertise of the owners are unbeatable. As they say: "Do it nice, not twice".

These folks know their paint! You won’t find expertise on this level at any big box store.Highly recommend. My professional painter pointed me to Star City Paint.I had a very challenging red to match. Aaron persisted, exceeding my expectations by a mile and came up with the perfect color after five tries to get it exactly right.In addition, you can’t buy better quality paint than Benjamin Moore. It holds its color and lasts longer than any other.

Aaron is the best there is IMO when it comes his knowledge in the painting industry. Benjamin Moore paint is far superior to any pain I've used. I travel 40 minutes esch way to a trusted source that I know that will always take care of me.

The company I work for uses almost exclusively Ben Moore paints for our work, and this is where we get it. Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful here.

OK, been 10 years since I painted my 2 story house.25 year old house I built. ONLY used Ben Moore paint. Relied on Aaron and his Star City shop each and every time. Happy to know Aaron and shop still there ,still had record of my colors paint on his personal file system. Great paint ,but we all can get comfort knowing Aaron Smith and his Star City are still there for us all. 5 Stars ! Above Star City ! ?

HIGHLY experienced staff – the area’s undeniable experts on all things paint. I encountered some difficulties getting the paint I wanted in a Benjamin Moore color from a different hardware store; brought my needs into Star City and walked out with exactly what I needed in less than 10 minutes. You simply can’t get this level of customer service and knowledge from a big box store. I will be directing my future paint needs to this local business whose roots run deep in the community and in the paint industry.
