Save time and go to Dave Dennis or a better dealer. I worked all day for a truck after the sales team reaching out to me based on me asking for a vehicle payoff. Essentially, we had a deal and I was about to sign paperwork. Since I had a 2021 Ram I hadn’t driven the 2023 Ram I was trying to lease. Before I signed paperwork I asked to drive the truck. I reaffirmed the lease payment and the agreement I could keep my existing tonneau cover from my trade in. When I got back from the test drive I was told the deal wasn’t valid unless I agreed to giving them my tonneau cover. Basically, the manager, Jacob Weimer, was pulling back from our agreement so I said no. I also explained to them the tonneau cover was purchased Nov 2018 and installed on a 2019 Ram and then my current trade, a 2021 Ram and 5 years old. I bought the tonneau cover for $450 then so based on age it’s worth maybe $50-$100 dollars. Jacob still refused to honor the deal. I went outside and called Dave Dennis CJDR and explained what was going on. They worked numbers based on my current offer and beat Performance CJDR by offering me a 2024 instead of a 2023 and saved me $5 a month on payment. So the manager list out on a $56,000 truck sale because he was stuck on a $100 used tonneau cover! Good job pal but thanks because I got a newer and better truck at Dave Dennis. I included a picture of the Tonneau cover that killed the deal!

This dealer is the prime example of why people hate dealers! Lied from day 1, said vehicle had all these extra features when was delivered it had none! Had a trade in we agreed to an offer then right before financing they took back 1,000 saying they overlooked the pictures! Was told when buying someone be calling with in the hour go over next step. 3 days later and NUMEROUS call’s including speaking to the GM who was nothing but an attitude, finally someone called! Had the vehicle for one month and already issues! Scumbags! I would avoid this dealer at all cost! Absolutely disgusting!!!

FIVE STARS to Jeepland in Centerville located at 6950 Loop Rd, right down the street from the service center. Jeepland used to have service done at their dealership location, however approximately a year ago they moved their service over to PCJDR (95 loop rd).****ZERO stars to the service department at PCJDR Centerville****I took my car in to PCJDR to get a few minor issues resolved (flat tire/finicky turn signal). The appointment was at 1130am. I was told that I would get a call back around 2-3pm with an update. Unfortunately, the service department did not give me a call. I had called 6 times attempting an update, but got the run around with their phone system. They ended up keeping my car overnight STILL without giving me a call to explain what was going on. The next morning, I again called multiple times and continued to get the run around. At that point I was so frustrated with the lack of communication that I decided to not have my service done there. I showed up to the service center and asked for my car back. My service advisor did not give an explanation for the lack of communication. I asked to speak with either of the service managers and was told they were not available. They gave my car back without much hassle. No repairs had been completed on the car.On a whim, I decided to stop into the dealership that sold me my Jeep to see if they could help out with connecting me to a manager. Jamie Brown was the gentleman who helped me out. He went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Jamie called the manager of the service department at PCJDR, Len, so I could explain what happened. Jamie then assured me they would fix my car, AND he set me up with a loaner so that I could be mobile again. Jamie's actions saved Jeep from losing a customer. Him and his team at Jeepland Centerville were respectful, understanding, and extremely accommodating. It is rare to have such customer-based service. I would highly recommend to the owners of Jeepland centerville to move their service department back to Jeepland's location. Many thanks to Jeepland's team for helping me out!!

My GPS wasn’t working on my Jeep wrangler. I had walked through some troubleshooting with the manufacture of the factory Radio that utilizes the gps. I would get an error msg anytime I tried to access this. Knowing about the error and being told by manufacture I should take it to dealer for them to troubleshoot, I followed that suggestion. The dealer saw this error msg on my radio (likely 10 seconds of turning on the radio) and didn’t do anything else to evaluate it and charge me 179.00 for the labor. Umm why didn’t they tell me not to bring it in for troubleshooting when I made the appointment and told them what the msg said? I think it’s a ripoff to have me come in, they see the msg and tell me they can’t do anything, but then charge me 179.00 for what?Second time I have been screwed over by a dealership. I won’t be going back there for anything ever. I just don’t feel this is good business. If you can’t do nothing for me and you didn’t do anything but see the error msg and say it needs to be replaced. Then what truly warrants you charging me when you didn’t do anything but read a msg? ?

I have had my wife's van into this dealership's service department several times and each time I discover that either the work is done poorly/improperly by normal Chrysler standards or they damage other parts of our vehicle. Doug H. in service has tried his best to resolve the issues each time, but this has become what appears to be the norm for this department. So I then tried to find some satisfaction by talking with senior service department manager, and he just blew me off. In fact, what he said was, "well sir, yesterday we let you come into our service department without an appointment. I asked him, " is that all you have to say is you let me come into your department without an appointment?" "That doesn't resolve these issues, now does it sir?" In all my life, I've never had a car dealership act this way and treat me like I was interrupting their relaxed and unprofessional department. We will never visit this dealership again.

My absolute worst nightmare is shopping for vehicles! We recently had a baby and needed a 3rd row vehicle and I’ve been dragging my feet on it for awhile! Walked in to the dealership today with my fiancé and 10 month old and walked out having a new vehicle and faith restored in car shopping! Gatlin was great!! He was super personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about every step of the process! They made us feel comfortable and not like we were just another transaction. He made sure that we got the best deal possible and had a great sense of humor and making sure the process was smooth from start to finish, especially having a 10 month old there! Jimmy, the manager, made sure to get us what we needed and was a super genuine and friendly guy! Allie in financing broke everything down and made sure that we understood it all and was comfortable with our deal. Every staff member that we met was super friendly, even playing with our son and making him laugh while we waited. From start to finish everything was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking!

Scheduled an appointment in March 2023 to drop my 2020 jeep wrangler off to have the known corrosion issue resolved. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks. Dropped my jeep off 4/18/23. By 5/11/23 work had still not started and I could only get updates after reaching out multiple times. 5/12/23, I picked my jeep up and asked that they call me when they were ready to start work. To this day (8/3/23) I have not heard a word from them on a time frame. I have emailed and left voicemails for the service tech, emailed the service manager and the only response I have ever received is that "someone will follow up with me".

I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle from Performance. There were some issues with my local courthouse getting the tax charges correct and the management was able to help us get it straightened out. Since we were out of state all communication was done over the phone with the dealership and at times it was somewhat difficult to get in contact but overall the experience was pleasant. The price point for the vehicle was definitely worth the drive and we feel we received a good deal.

Terrible, horrible, awful experience. I needed a recall performed on my Ram 3500. They had my truck for two weeks, then told me they couldn't get parts needed to do the recall. They wanted to keep my truck longer, but I needed to use it. So I took it home and they assured me they would call when the parts came in. Almost a YEAR later and no calls. I start calling them. I leave messages for the service department, the service manager, and even the GENERAL MANAGER. No one would even bother to call me back to say they got my message. Inexcusable! I took the truck to another dealership about 30 minutes away and it was night and day of a difference. Everything was quick, easy and professional. I will NEVER give "Performance" Chrysler another dime of money. I've purchases parts and a referred a family member to purchase a vehicle here in the past. Never again.

Amazing experience. Lois was immensely helpful and Tim in the finance department worked to get the best deal. It was a welcoming and stress free environment from start to finish. I will be purchasing more vehicles from here.

The people inside were very helpful and we got the reduced price posted on the car. Natalie called us from the front and got us rolling in the car real quick. They even had another person help out to get us out faster. They covered all the bases and told us all the details on what our loans would look like. They even brought us food and cold water on a hot day.
