Performance CJDR Centerville was a wonderful experience with our new vehicle! Tristan helped us through the process and his kindness and professionalism exceeded that of any customer service we've experienced with a dealership. We found our vehicle that morning and by that evening, we were driving home in it. He called a couple days later to check in with us to ensure our experience with our new vehicle was still satisfactory and to make sure we didn't have any further questions. The other team members at Performance CJDR were kind to us as well while we were onsite finalizing our transaction. Overall such a great experience! I highly recommend Tristan and the rest of the team at this dealership! They are a blessing!

Terrible service department. Please take your vehicle elsewhere.
I tried to fix my pickup truck under warranty, but they refused because of "contaminated" fuel.
The insurance company got involved. They sent samples to an independent lab. The test showed that it was just a regular diesel, nothing wrong with it. I sent the paperwork from the lab, but even after that, they did not want to fix it.
My truck was sitting there for over 6 months!
The service manager is a dishonest person and not willing to communicate.

Good Day, My son purchased a brand new charger 2023 from Performamce Jeep Dodge. He dropped off his new car to be serviced due to a tire issue. The service department had possesion of the vehicle for approximately 8 days . We received a call from the police department stating tbe vehicle along with 2 other vehicles had been stolen off their lot the night before. The dealership left the vehicle outside for @ least 8 days knowing that these type of cars are a high crime item. There was no formal apology, written or verbalized. We were told that due to the signage in the service department that they were not responsible. We spoke with the general manager to determine compensation. He was cordial but still no action. We put a claim in with Performance Jeep Dodge Insurance Company only to receive a letter a month later that the claim was denied. Again, no formal letter, apology or anything. We were furious. How can you drop your brand new car off to be serviced to return with nothing. $65,000 car gone as well as two additional cars . We were not offered anything. After , the denial letter I asked for my sons deductible & a loaner vehicle. He received $100 & an uncompatible loaner car after 6 weeks. ? I can honestly say ww will never.

If you want excellent and timely help, take your vehicle anywhere else. I was stuck having to call multiple days in a row to get a simple question answered. Once I was able to get in contact with someone who could help, my problem wasn't able to be resolved. Another issue I have ran into is every time I take my vehicle in for an oil change they try to charge me. I have to state that I have already paid for oil changes as part of a package.

Simple oil change turns into a nightmare!!
I took my 2019 Ram 1500 Limited into Performance for a simple oil change before a long trip. They proceeded to tell me that I needed an alignment (based on a scan they perform when you enter the building ), so I agreed to have them align it due to my trip the next day. However, after 2 hours and no status. I checked in to see where they were on the truck. They told me they couldn't align because their alignment machine was down. They did waive the oil change cost.
On the way home, multiple lights came on; electronic stability control, cruise control, air suspension, four- wheel drive, and parking sensors were all disabled. I called them immediately and they said that it was due to the misalignment and I needed to get it aligned; once it was aligned the codes should all be cleared. So, I took it to Tire Discounters and they aligned it in 20 minutes, but it didn't clear the codes. I went back to the dealership and they cleared the codes and said everything should be good.
Just a few minutes into our trip the next day, all the codes came on again and I traveled 12 hours to South Carolina and back without any of those options available on the truck. When I got home I made an appointment to take it back. I took it in 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. They kept the truck the entire day with no status updates of any kind. I called them right before closing and they told tell me they weren't able to work on it and suggested the truck had been in an accident and that caused the issue (What???). So, they had the truck all day and didn't do anything with it. After talking to the service manager, he said they would have a technician work on it first thing the next morning and he would call me early in the morning with an update. Next morning...no call. I finally got an automated email and text that said the truck was ready. So I picked it up and on the way home all the codes came on again!
This dealership is incompetent at best. I'm going to take my truck to a a reputable repair shop and hopefully get it fixed. I plan to pursue some kind of action with the dealership in the near future, to at least recoup the cost of the repair.
I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership for any kind of service or repairs. They don't care about the customers time or inconvenience they cause them. I'm also wondering if their alignment "scan" isn't just a scam!

Horrible shop. They diagnosed my 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee SRT. Had it for over a month just for me to call and get an update. They told me they can’t decide weather it’s a front differential or transfer case. I replaced both to no vail. Ended up being a 100.00 transfer case module. Cost me well over 5000.00 in repairs just for it to be a 100.00 part. Horrible service. Do not recommend. Horrible mechanics. Rather then try the cheapest option they recommend the most expensive ways first then try the cheapest options last. They are money hungry. And will mis diagnose your vehicle. Do not take your vehicle there. Horrible service department.

Great buying experience!!! I'm over an hour away from dealer and got 90% done through text and email with Collin. When I arrived they surprised me with a lower int rate and an additional incentive. Saved 8,000 over my local dealer. The whole team made it a great buying experience!!!

We just leased a 2025 Ram 1500 today. This is our second lease from Performance! They have the best customer service by far. I cannot convey how appreciative we are for everyone that we interacted with. If you are looking for a great salesman, Aryan is your man! The level of respect they treat their customers with is next level! Jacob and Carmen were fantastic as well! Our deal did not take long at all. They were able to get us into a comfortable payment in a beautiful truck. Thank you all!

A garage where my car can fix all warranty work has called the service department here several times regarding some information they need. Left messages/ sent emails— with no response whatsoever. I’m so frustrated, as it has been 2 weeks since I dropped my car off to be repaired.

Notice they still haven’t answered this post because they know they’re wrong for messing up my car but I mean how do you apologize for messing up someone else’s vehicle and refuse to fix it I think I should be able to come up there and put nothing done and drive away with something since they messed up my car in the first place but they’re to sorry to admit what they did wrong DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT TO DRIVE IT LONGER THEY WILL 100% MESS IT UP AND THEN TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEM TO FIX THEIR MESS UP I feel token advantage of and I feel like someone had it out for me
Had my recalls done at this place and people are nice there but the service department does not know what they’re doing for my car ran beautifully with 3 recalls on it I drove it to and from North Carolina no issues but then this place I took my car to, to get my recalls done and then my car ran like garbage after that so I took it up there and they ran a test on it and did all this stuff to it and want me to pay almost 900 dollars for them to “fix” it but really they went and deleted the codes out of the car and the check engine light being on was what messed it up anyways what they messed up in the first place and the check engine light was still on yeah I know I’m letting the car go but what if I paid for it 900 dollars for that kind of unprofessional to me won’t be going back here for my services ever again worst place to go unless you got money to fix what they break update: now I got the company that lease me the car suing me for the money due to these guys messing up my car so now I’m either out 2,000-4,000 to pay for a bankruptcy or pay the 14,000 notice (which I’m not doing) or if I just don’t do anything they will take 25% of my check I barely make it as is with what I make and work now I’m without a car paying rent and bills I have 2 dogs and driving my family members truck and can’t save up to get a vehicle now this I’m suing Chrysler when this is said and done watch out yall messed my 2015 Chrysler 200 up I drove that car to North Carolina and back without any issues when you guys got a hold of it and messed it up dirty and wrong. notice how they haven’t even replied to my review because they know they’re in the wrong but to sorry to admit sorry owes me a car and I’ve got a lawyer now and I’m coming to sue this company they owe me a car take the pride pill and admit what y’all did wrong so now I’m suing you for a car pretty sad ain’t it y’all will hear from my lawyer in a couple days
