My husband and I came to shop for a new living room furniture set as we just moved to a new house. No joke- we walked around for half an hour and looped the entire store and not a single employee greeted us or checked on us. And it's not like we didn't see anyone, there were at least 3 employees we know saw us but didn't say a single word to either of us. We will not be spending a dime here!

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS AT MORRIS FURNITURE COMPANY! I have been sleeping on the couch since October trying to get my mattress situation resolved. It is January 2nd now. 1) They will tell you you can return a mattress as long as it is "within 30 days". Topic was discussed "just in case" as I was worried it may not work with my hip issue. Noah reassured us that the mattress and base could be returned within 30 days. Wrong... it is a one-time "reselection" and you need to wait 30 days before they will exchange it. The base cannot be returned which is okay it was higher than we wanted but fine. It is the mattress that is unusable for me due to my hip issue. 2) So we do the "reselection" and the mattress never comes. I checked online --- the order is on hold. Why? They have no idea so they correct that. 3) The mattress still never comes. Why? There was another issue other items on the same order were discontinued while the order was accidentally on hold. 4) Finally, they come with the mattress. The delivery guys pick up the return mattress put the side on the floor slide it to the doorway and rotate it to get out the door. They then take pictures. They tell me they can't take it because there is dog hair on it. Well, yeah. there was dog hair on the one side you dragged on the floor!!! All the other sides were clean. Doesn't matter -- I'm told that I need to have it professionally cleaned then will need to reschedule the delivery and pick-up. Going on month 3 without a mattress. 5) The guy from Stanely Steamer came out 2 hours later --- I sent the invoice number to Morris customer services via email. I was on the phone with customer service while the Stanely Steamer technician was there. He took pics and was not sure why it needed to be cleaned. He said he used to deliver mattresses and was just dumbfounded. He said it looked brand new. Of course, it did, I slept on it 4 hours before it hurt my hip then it was moved to a guest bedroom, covered with sheets, and not used. 6) Meanwhile, my husband went to the store. They called the third-party delivery company dispatch and told him they would reschedule the delivery/pickup and it didn't need to be cleaned. So now I'm waiting on a call to reschedule that. I will need to take off work again. I don't know if they will reschedule without having it cleaned. Store says one thing & customer service another. Who knows?!? I wonder how many tries it will take to get them out here again. I wonder what the next excuse to keep us hanging will be... The guys in the store are nice enough but it's an unbelievable mess from there. I'm posting complaints and bad reviews everywhere because no one should have to go through this. Look at the pics --it looks brand new, not sure why I'm still dealing with this. Like I said at the beginning: BE WARNED -- DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS AT MORRIS FURNITURE COMPANY

My husband and I visited Morris Oct 16th. Our plan was just to look around with no intention to purchase anything as we already set our mind to purchase at different store. When we walked in, we were greeted by this wonderful person Lori Huggins. We said we were looking for sectional couch. She started showing us explaining features which immediately expressed her passion and commitment. We finally changed our mind about going to that different store we initially planned but decided to purchase sectional couch and few more furniture from Morris. Lori is such a gift to Morris. My husband and I are so glad and lucky that we walked into Morris. Otherwise we would have missed this huge deal and great selection Lori helped us find for our dream home. My experience at this Morris location was fantastic!! Tom and Travis D. Helped my husband and I buy a new bed. After shopping at multiple furniture and mattress stores, we felt the most seen and assisted there. Tom wasn't pushy, and yet he catered to the needs we had. Their knowledge of furniture was beyond what we expected. Travis stepped in and helped even more with a lot of kindness. We're so thankful that we decided to purchase at Morris, and I know we will in years to come. Go in and get what you need for your home- you won't regret it!Thanks, Travis and Tom!!!

We purchased a small living room chair for my mother on July 8, 2023. Matthew, our sales person was perfectly nice and helpful! We needed it to be delivered BEFORE my surgery scheduled for 8/23/2023 because we needed to be at mom’s (she has dementia) for the delivery. Matthew said that should be no problem; a month and a half should be plenty of time to get it from the manufacture. It was fully paid for. After several calls to customer service, I could get no delivery date. On 8/17 I spoke with Matthew and he promised he’d call me on 8/20 for delivery. No call and I had my surgery on 8/23. A few days after surgery I called customer service and was told that the chair MAY arrive by 9/15, at which point I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. I was BEYOND frustrated and angry. I was told the refund would take 7-10 business days. This is a refund back to a credit card; should NOT take that long. So I waited the seven days; no refund! Communicated with customer service via the website. Through texting the AI customer service rep, was told the refund had NEVER been submitted! Beyond pissed! She submitted the refund request, received confirmation of that submission, and was perfectly nice! So much better that the live customer service folks I spoke to! And sure enough the refund showed up that same day in my CC account! So my recommendation is DO NOT buy furniture from ANY furniture store unless you can buy if off the floor and take it home that day! Otherwise be prepared to wait MONTHS for your furniture and get the run around from a not so pleasant customer service!

Kayla helped us on our visit to find a couple of new mattresses and frames. Kayla was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all the mattresses, frames, and pillows. Just spent hours at Morris home looking through their expansive showroom hoping to find the perfect sectional for our living room. John Knight was such an asset today, he took the time to explain everything to us, answer any questions we had, he left us alone to browse while at the same time making sure he was right there if we needed him. Our daughter was a little cranky because it was a long day and it didn’t phase John one bit and in fact he gave her a little bear as we were leaving. He didn’t pressure us into anything and made it a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Morris and John for your furniture needs. We left with exactly what we wanted and are so excited to get it in our living room!

I believe in giving second chances and usually, like in this case, I learn my lesson. I purchased a Stearns and foster mattress and expressed concern over some of the design in the top because they have little yarn pom-poms to tack the top in place. The sales person told me not to worry and that I'd never feel them because the cushioned top won't break down. Lie... Within a month the top was losing firmness and in fact breaking down. I called the store back because they offered a 90 days comfort guarantee. I was informed that they could not honor that guarantee because it was considered part of the mattress structure and had nothing to do with comfort. So I bought a thick mattress pad to put over it. That worked briefly and fast forward to last December. The pom-pom things are so hard that it leaves bruises on your body if you have any pressure points I've had bruises on my legs, my arms, my back, and my side. There was also a loud pop and you could feel what seemed a coil spring come loose. I finally got a hold of Morris because no one seems to answer their phones or return calls to make a warranty claim. Originally I called Sterns & Foster and they said I HAD to go through Morris because I bought it from them and not directly from Sterns & Foster, but Morris will honor the S&F ten year warranty so I thought it would be no big deal getting help. WRONG! I took off work but the company Morris contracts with sent out to inspect the mattress was a no call, no show. I called back and they sent out some kid who showed up in pajama pants and what appeared to be fuzzy slippers. It looked s if I interrupted his gaming marathon for my appointment. The kid couldn't even lift the mattress and did a half-assed measure to show the obvious sag in the mattress, which was clearly two inches in depth. He tried to argue it was due to the bedframe but the bedframe is not sagging and is not the issue. It's the sag from an apparent broken spring. The kid left and wrote up a report and I didn't hear anything for over five months. Despite my attempts to call Morris and leave messages to get information, I could not get a reply. So I physically went into the store on June 8 and asked for a manager and spoke to someone named Andrew Smith who claims he was the assistant manager. I told him what happened and he found the report and it appears the kid lied and said the sag was less than an inch and a half. I asked the manager why I was not notified of the findings and he said "oops our bad, that should've been customer service who notified you of the findings."He said he would put in another request for service and warranty claim. He told me it was not the same company that came out in December 2022 because they had problems with that company making promises to customers that Morris could not uphold and because they falsified report information. Normally I would believe someone who could look me in the eye and provide an explanation. But when the service company called to set up appointment today I asked if they were the same ones that came out in December and she said yes they are. Appears Mr. Andrew Smith looked me in the eye and lied. Mind you, the call I received was from Houston Texas, so not local and then contracts out the techs. I told her what happened with the last tech they sent out and she said I don't know, we've been doing this for Morris' for a long time. She just proved that the Morris asst. manager lied! He also claimed he had the "same mattress and had to get rid of it after a few months because of the hard Pom poms.". Long story short, this place with look you in the eye, lie to you, and not honor warranties. Instead, they will just try to upsell you an even shittier piece of furniture or mattress because they know damn well they will not honor warranties. The furniture is about the same quality as Value City but priced like 3x as much. It seems they have to run sales ALL THE TIME to make it look like you are getting a good deal. Buyer beware. Consi
